Just the beginning of another school year and I have seen a lot of cases of flu-like illness everyday from my school-aged patients and these can affect their studies.
To Parents and Guardians, huwag kalimutan magvitamins, o di kaya ay iincorporate talaga ang gulay at prutas sa ating pagkain. Importante din po ang kumpletong tulog at pag-eexercise upang lumakas ang ating resistensya laban sa anong sakit.
As always, parents and guardians, vaccinate your children with flu vaccine. Visit your doctors, inquire about the vaccine needed to protect your children.
