•Interval 1: Dates and Hydration
- 2-3 dates
- 1 glass of water or fresh juice

•Interval 2: Soup/Salad
- 1/2 cup vegetable soup or fruit salad

•Interval 3: Main Course
- 1 medium chapati or 1/2 cup rice
- 1/2 cup lean protein (grilled chicken, fish, or lentils)
- 1 cup mixed veggies or salad

•Interval 4: Dessert/Fruit
