Many of you want to know about the tools we use in treatments and why they work, so here’s a quick guide to what some of those are, what they do, and what you can expect from them!

💡 LED Therapy
Deep red light stimulates collagen, speeds up cell turnover, and calms inflammation, leaving skin firmer and more even.
Can I do this at home? Yes, with a high-quality device like Monastery’s, but results are more powerful when paired with in-studio treatments.

🪞 Dermaplaning
A fine blade exfoliates dead skin and removes peach fuzz for an ultra-smooth surface. Makeup and skincare glide on flawlessly.
Can I do this at home? No. It’s best to leave this to the pros. At-home blades can cause irritation and infection. Our Ultra-Smooth and Express facials deliver safe, sterile results.

💨 Oxygen
Oxygen infusion pushes peptides and antioxidants deep into the skin, instantly plumping, brightening, and boosting collagen.
Can I do this at home? Partly. The Carbonnique Face Roller naturally increases oxygen flow, but true infusion is only available in-studio.

⚡ EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation)
Microcurrents activate facial muscles to lift, tone, and sculpt contours, much like a workout for your face.
