The best way to help prevent a stroke is to eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and avoid smoking and drinking too much alcohol!

Most common sign of a is sudden weakness of the face, arm, or leg, often on one side of the body.

Other symptoms include dizziness, loss of balance and sudden difficulty speaking, seeing or walking.

If you or someone you know experiences these symptoms, seek medical care immediately.
