📌 : Project Coordinator – Skill Training Program
(The Project Coordinator will play a central role in managing and supervising a portfolio of technical and vocational training programs under Medicare’s skill development initiatives. This role demands a high level of organizational capability, communication proficiency, and commitment to program excellence).

Medicare is a consolidated network of healthcare, technical, and vocational education institutions operating across Rangpur and Kurigram, committed to advancing quality education and professional skill development. Since its establishment in 2019, Medicare has built a strong reputation for delivering structured, government‑approved programs through its diverse educational and training units.
All academic and training activities under the Medicare umbrella are conducted in accordance with national standards and operate under formal approvals from:
- Ministry of Health & Family Welfare
- Ministry of Education
- National Skills Development Authority (NSDA), Office of the Chief Adviser
- Rajshahi Medical University
- Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council (BNMC)
- Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB)
- Bangladesh State Medical Faculty
Medicare’s institutional ecosystem includes the Nursing & Medical Institute, Ultrasound Training Center, Professional Training Center, and several Technical & Skill Development Training Units, delivering career‑oriented education aimed at meeting national workforce demands.
As part of its expanding professional initiatives, Medicare Skill Training Program—a dedicated skill development wing—is now seeking a qualified and motivated professional for the position below.

✅Oversee daily operations of all active skill development training programs.
✅Coordinate trainee enrollment, attendance monitoring, schedules, and documentation.
✅Maintain consistent communication with trainers, program supervisors, and administrative units.
✅Prepare structured reports, performance updates, and project documentation.
✅Support assessment activities, certification processes, and administrative workflow.
✅Ensure adherence to institutional policies and nationally approved training standards.
✅Collaborate with both Kurigram and Rangpur training units when required.

📚 Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized academic institution.
📚Preferred fields: Management, Public Health, Social Science, Development Studies, or relevant disciplines.
📚Higher academic qualifications will be considered favorably.

💠Prior experience in technical/vocational training management, project coordination, or professional skill development roles.
💠Competence in documentation, reporting, communication, and administrative coordination.
💠Experience under NSDA guidelines or within NGO/TVET programs is an added advantage.
