ওবাট হেলথকেয়ার সেন্টার রংপুর নবজাতকের মায়েদের পুষ্টিকর খাবার বিতরণ করেছে। এই মায়েরা আমাদের ওবাট মাতৃত্ব প্রকল্পের সহায়তায় রয়েছেন। সমস্ত মায়েরা বিখ্যাত স্ত্রীরোগ ও প্রসূতিবিদ ডা. রেহানা রশিদ রুমানার ঘনিষ্ঠ তত্ত্বাবধানে রয়েছেন। প্রসব প্রক্রিয়াগুলো একটি সুসজ্জিত প্রাইভেট ক্লিনিক "ইমপালস কেয়ার হসপিটাল"-এ সম্পন্ন হয়েছে। এই কর্মসূচিতে ১০১ জন মাকে পুষ্টিকর প্যাকেজ বিতরণ করা হয়েছে।

এই কর্মসূচিতে বিশেষ অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন ওয়ার্ড ২৬ এর মানবিক ও সমাজসেবক মো. শামসুজ্জামান সামু, রংপুর চেম্বার অফ কমার্সের পরিচালক আলহাজ মো. সাবিউল হক, ইবনে সিনা ও ইউনিমেড ইউনিহেলথের এরিয়া ম্যানেজার, ডা. আবুল কাশেম (ওবাট হেলথকেয়ার সেন্টারের ম্যানেজার ও জেনারেল ফিজিশিয়ান), মো. শাহিনুর রহমান (প্রকল্প কর্মকর্তা, ওবাট হেল্পার্স রংপুর), মো. এনামুল হক (হিসাব কর্মকর্তা, ওবাট হেল্পার্স রংপুর) এবং ওবাট হেল্পার্সের সকল কর্মী।

ডা. আবুল কাশেম নবজাতকের মায়েদের শুরুর দিকে শিশুদের লালন-পালন সম্পর্কে পরামর্শ দিয়েছেন এবং গ্রাম্য হাতুড়ে ডাক্তারদের পরিবর্তে ক্লিনিক থেকে স্বাস্থ্যসেবা গ্রহণের ওপর গুরুত্বারোপ করেছেন। অতিথিরা মায়েদের জন্য ওবাটের এই চমৎকার উদ্যোগের প্রশংসা করেছেন এবং তাদের যেকোনো প্রকার সহায়তা প্রদানের আশ্বাস দিয়েছেন।

শিশুদের পুষ্টির চাহিদা পূরণের জন্য ওবাট হেলথকেয়ার রংপুর এই উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ করেছে।

June 29, 2024, OBAT Healthcare Center hosted a Maternity Awareness Program dedicated to educating expecting mothers and their families on important aspects of maternal health and childbirth. The event featured the expertise of Dr. Rehana Rasid Rumana, a renowned Gynecologist specializing in women's health and maternity care. Mr. Shahinur Rahman, Project officer, Rangpur and Mr. Enamul Haque, Accounts Officer were present in the program dedicatedly.

Dr. Rumana actively participated in the program, delivering informative sessions on topics crucial to prenatal and postnatal care. Her presentations likely covered prenatal nutrition, the importance of regular check-ups during pregnancy, labor and delivery preparation, and newborn care. Through her presentations, Dr. Rumana aimed to empower attendees with practical knowledge and guidance to ensure a healthy pregnancy and childbirth experience.

Additionally, Dr. Abul Kashem, another esteemed healthcare professional, provided valuable advice and insights to patients attending the program. His expertise likely encompassed broader aspects of healthcare management and support for expectant mothers and their families.

মাসিকের স্বাস্থ্যবিধি ভালো ব্যবস্থাপনার গুরুত্ব সম্পর্কে সচেতনতা বাড়াতে এবং মাসিককে ঘিরে নীরবতা ভাঙার লক্ষ্যে প্রতি বছর ২৮শে মে মাসিক স্বাস্থ্য দিবস পালন করা হয়। OBAT Health Care -Rangpur এ আমরা আমাদের নিবেদিত মহিলা ডাক্তার, ডাঃ সুরাইয়া জাবিন জামালের নেতৃত্বে তথ্যমূলক সেশন এবং আলোচনার আয়োজন করে এই দিনটি উদযাপন করেছি, যার লক্ষ্য মেয়েদের এবং মহিলাদের মাসিকের স্বাস্থ্যবিধি অনুশীলন সম্পর্কে শিক্ষিত করা।
ডাঃ সুরাইয়া জাবিন জামাল মাসিকের স্বাস্থ্যবিধি ব্যবস্থাপনার বিভিন্ন দিক সম্বোধন করে বিভিন্ন শিক্ষামূলক সেশন পরিচালনা করেন। এই সেশনগুলি যেমন বিষয়গুলি কভার করে:

ভাল মাসিক স্বাস্থ্যবিধি বজায় রাখার গুরুত্ব।
মাসিকের স্বাস্থ্যবিধি ব্যবস্থাপনার সঠিক পদ্ধতি, যার মধ্যে স্যানিটারি প্যাড, মাসিক কাপ ব্যবহার এবং মাসিকের বর্জ্যের সঠিক নিষ্পত্তি।
সাধারণ মাসিক ব্যাধি এবং তাদের ব্যবস্থাপনা।
ঋতুস্রাবকে ঘিরে পৌরাণিক কাহিনী এবং ভুল ধারণার সমাধান করা।
নিয়মিত চেক-আপের গুরুত্ব এবং মাসিকের স্বাস্থ্য সমস্যাগুলির জন্য ডাক্তারের পরামর্শ চাওয়া।

২৮ মে ,বিশ্ব মাসিক স্বাস্থ্য দিবস। ২০১৪ সাল থেকে এ দিবসটি পালিত হলেও পরিসংখ্যান বলছে, দেশের ৭১ শতাংশ নারী এখনো সচেতন নন। মাসিক নিয়ে অজ্ঞতার কারণে নারীর স্বাস্থ্যঝুঁকি বাড়ছে।এদিকে মাসিক স্বাস্থ্য সুরক্ষায় দরিদ্র্যতাও বড় বাধা। শহরগুলোতে নারীরা স্যানিটারি ন্যাপকিন ব্যবহার করলেও দরিদ্র্য গ্রামীণ নারীদের ভরসা এক টুকরো কাপড়।বছরে প্রায় ৭ হাজার নারী জরায়ু-মুখ ক্যান্সারে আক্রান্ত হয়ে মৃ'ত্যু'ব'র'ন করেন। নারীদের জীবনের এ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অধ্যায় নিয়ে জানতে হবে, কথা বলতে হবে ,সচেতন হতে হবে সকলকে।

On 04 March-2024, OBAT Healthcare center Rangpur distributed Nutrition food to mothers of newly born babies. These women are being supported by Our OBAT Maternity project. 101 mothers received nutrition packages in this program.In this program, Our honorable guest Dr Rehana Rasid Rumana MBBS (Gynae & Obst ), Retired Major Md Aynal Kader ( Director of Impulse Hospital),
Md Shahjada Arman( Counselor 26 no ward),
Eng.Shahadat Hossain( Counselor 28 no ward),
Md Nasim Ahmed Sonu ( General secretary of 27 no ward Awami league), Alhaz Md Sabiul Haque ( Director of Rangpur Chamber of Commerce),
Area Manager of Renata & Unimed UniHealth, Dr Abul Kashem (Manager & General Physician of OBAT Healthcare Center), Md Shahinur Rahman(Project Officer OBAT Helpers Rangpur), Md Anamul Haque ( Accounts Officer OBAT Helpers Rangpur) and All other staff of OBAT Helpers were present in this program. Dr Abul Kashem (OBAT Healthcare Manager & General Physician) gave advice to mothers of newborn babies on how to nurture their babies at early age.
To meet up the needs of nutrition for the babies OBAT Healthcare Rangpur took this initiative.

Mst Seli husband name Md Saber living in Alamnager colony B Camp ,Rangpur.
Seli's cesarean delivery, facilitated by the OBAT Maternity Project, stands as a testament to our commitment to maternal well-being. Facing unforeseen complications, She received swift and expert Antenatal care from our dedicated specialist Doctor.
On 3rd December,2023 she felt delivery pain then our maternity staff took her to the BGM hospital.After that our Maternity specialized doctor tried for normal delivery all day then at the evening after ultrasonography Doctor saw that her baby's condition was critical. Finally Doctor decided for cesarean delivery. Through meticulous planning and advanced surgical expertise, we ensured a safe delivery, bringing both mother and baby through the process with utmost care. OBAT Healthcare Center as we observe World Diabetes Day with a commitment to raise awareness and promote a healthier future for individuals affected by diabetes. This special day, marked globally on November 14th, is an opportunity for our healthcare community to come together, share knowledge, and inspire positive changes in the lives of those living with diabetes.
In the morning a health campaign set up in local area for increasing awareness among the patients about Diabetes.We give them advice and encourge them to come to our OBAT Healthcare Center for taking treatment from our Doctors.
In the afternoon at OBAT Healthcare Center premises we organised a program to celebrate World Diabetes day. In the program we bring out a rally . OBAT Healthcare Center will provide free diabetes screenings , ensuring that individuals have access to vital information about their health status. Additionally, we will offer counseling services for those diagnosed with diabetes, providing guidance on treatment options, medication management, and lifestyle adjustments. Our Doctor Dr Suriya Jabin Jamal gives advice to the patients about maintaining a balanced diet, staying physically active and effectively managing stress. Thanks to OBAT Cricket club for helping to organize this program.

Md Abdur Rahim aged 40 years living in Alamnager,Rangpur.
Abdur Rahim's journey with OBAT Healthcare Center is a remarkable tale of resilience and triumph over Sciatica pain. At the outset, Rahim's life was marred by persistent, agonizing discomfort that limited his daily activities and curtailed his dreams.He couldn’t walk properly without taking a stick as a support.
His financial condition is so poor that he couldn’t take treatment.Turning OBAT Healthcare Center for assistance, Rahim found compassionate care and tailored treatment plans that addressed the root of his pain. The center's dedicated team, comprising skilled healthcare professionals, guided him through physiotherapy, medication, and personalized exercises. He was not able to purchase medicine due to his financial condition, OBAT Healthcare center gave him Medicines at free of cost after realizing his condition
Over time, Rahim's life transformed. His debilitating Sciatica pain subsided, allowing him to rediscover his mobility and vitality. Today, he stands as living proof of the life-changing impact of OBAT Healthcare Center, motivating others to seek help and embrace the hope of a pain-free future.

On 17 May,2023, on World Hypertension Day OBAT Health Care Center Rangpur arranged a program on creating awareness among Hypertensive patients. As majority of our patients in the clinic are of Hypertension, so we decided to go for the program.Dr. Mst Suriya Jabin Jamal, as our main speaker, delivered a speech on Hypertension,it's causes, ways of control by life style modification. She also encouraged them to come on the clinic for regular follow up. 40 patients participated in the program. Sahinur Rahman Sir, Md Enamul Haque( Accounts Officer), Md Erfan Alam(Caretaker) , all health care staffs, Think tank members were present and participated to make the program successful.
