Patient Name: Jobdul Hossain, 55 years

He was transferred from the Medicine Department of RpMCH with a diagnosis of cholelithiasis with gangrenous cholecystitis. After initial management, the patient was clinically stable. However, he suddenly developed shock. At that time, his blood pressure was not recordable, and his pulse and oxygen saturation progressively deteriorated.

From 12:15 a.m. to 6:45 a.m., we continuously managed the patient, monitoring him every 30 minutes. By the grace of Allah, he is stable now.

But the most remarkable part of this journey was his son and daughter. The way they ran to arrange medicines, constantly called for updates, and remained vigilantly by their father’s side was truly moving. Their care, love, and concern were clearly visible and left a deep impression on both of us.
