Position: Senior Accounts Officer

Job Summary:
Unique Hospital is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Officer to oversee financial operations, ensure accuracy in reporting, and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain daily accounting records including vouchers, ledgers, and cash/bank transactions.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
3. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory requirements
4. Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently
5. Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
6. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
7. Maintain proper documentation of financial records
8. Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes
Candidate Must Have:
Expanse control and Audit management skills.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Partly qualified CA/ACCA will be considered an advantage
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts/finance.
Experience in a hospital or diagnostic center will be preferred.
Additional Requirements:
1. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP systems)
2. Strong skills in MS Excel and financial reporting
3. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
