A 55 years old COPD patient presented with his surgeon Rt sided hydrocele with incisional hernia. He had no H/O previous TB and his CxR P/A view was normal.He had done operation under spinal anaesthesia. After operation he had developed SOB, chest pain & tightness and O2 saturation was fall. Emergency portable CxR and clinical exam. revealed collapsed whole left lung. What are the possibilities?
