Returns Policy
If your order arrives damaged or you have any other questions about returning your order, please contact with us. You may require changing medicine based on doctor’s prescription and or depending on your health condition. On this case you can change the medicine at our discretion. For medicine orders, you need to submit or show your prescriptions/related papers while ordering or receiving medicines from us otherwise Medix authority may return the products and cancel the order.
