রাত যখন ১২ টা , রোগীর বাচ্চার নড়াচড়া বুঝতে পারে না মা, এইদিকে মায়ের ওজন ১০০+ তার পর উনার ডায়াবেটিস,,, আমাদের কাছে আসলো আমার আল্ট্রাসাউন্ড করে দেখলাম মায়ের পেটের মধ্যে বাচ্চার শ্বাসকষ্ট হচ্ছে,, খুব দ্রুততার সাথে সিজার করতে হবে,,, রোগীর আত্বীয় স্বজনদের অনেক টেনশন তাঁরা জানতো বাচ্চার ওজন অনেক কম,, তারপর আমরা তাদেরকে বোঝায় এবং সফল ভাবে সিজার করিয়ে মা এবং বাচ্চাকে তাদের কাছে দিতে পেরেছি, ইনশাআল্লাহ

বাচ্চা টা ছিল মেয়ে বাবু, আর ওজন ছিল ৩ কেজি ২০০গ্ৰাম,,,
আলহামদুলিল্লাহ আমরা সফল হতে পেরেছি❤️

Fetal Position:
The baby's position, ideally head-down (cephalic), is an important factor in recommending normal delivery

, our staff unit of gynecologists achieved an 69% normal delivery rate for first-birth, low-risk mothers who had crossed 37 weeks and had a single baby in the head down position.
