A magic inside abdomen is ........
A 30-years-old lady presented with severe abdominal pain and repeated vomiting for 15 days. She was referred from a remote hospital after few days of conservative treatment but still was in shock. Emergency laparotomy revealed ischemic perforation near terminal ileum with f***l peritonitis due to a ileal growth causing complex ileo-colic insussusception. Resection anastomosis and proximal ileostomy done.
She was reversed on table, Alhamdulillah. But this magician is in critical condition.

মহিলাদের ক্ষেত্রে অ্যাপেন্ডিক্স অপারেশান, পেট কেটে করতে গেলে অনেক সময় ওভারীর জটিল রোগ অজানা থেকে যেতে পারে।
সম্প্রতি আমাদের হাঁসপাতালে যুবতী এক মহিলা এপেনডিসাইটিস নিয়ে ভর্তি হয়, পরীক্ষা করেও নিশ্চিত হওয়া যায়নি। লাপারস্কপি করতে গিয়ে ধরা পরে ডান পাশের ওভারীটি প্যাচিয়ে নষ্ট হয়ে গেছে। তাই ডান পাশের ওভারীটা ফেলে দিতে হয়। https://youtu.be/Kt64ySfI9m4
