Durante a noite no meu quarto
É habitual acordarem me subitamente com um barulho estridente durante a noite em particular quando estou a ter um sono descansado. Quando acontece há um elevar súbito no ritmo cardíaco e quase sempre desregulam durante o dia seguinte os meu ritmos circadianos em particular o ritmo cardíaco. Este tipo de agressão pode causar sérios problemas de saúde e até a morte.
Está noite que passou acordaram me 3 vezes .

É habitual ouvir uma sonoridade estridente quando estou deitado na cama no meu quarto . Sensação de pressão na zona dos ouvidos , um pouco semelhante a como se estivesse a viajar de avião
