It’s a tradition passed from generation to generation — intimate, family-based, and deeply rooted in the rhythm of the land.

Over the last two days, Pirts Spirit returned to and to follow up with the teams since completing their Level 1 group education.

These quality days are always so fulfilling and nourishing. Not only do we get to support the teams as they guide their Pirts-inspired, nature-infused experiences, but we also witness their personal growth in holding space with greater presence and confidence.

We are so proud and grateful of the dedication, passion and energy from everyone who joined us.

How magical steam can be created ...

Last weekend, Pirts Spirit was invited into a very special place in one of the most reknown Wellness centers in Belgium.

We shared wisdom and care for nature in the authentic Nordik Sauna.
We created connections, harmonie and steam with Nature.

Another amazing two-day Level 1 Son of a Birch group experience course has come to an end, set in the beautiful location of Farris Bad 🇳🇴

This course welcomed back much loved Pirts Spirits who joined us this summer in Latvia for the Level 1 treatment course. Reuniting felt like coming together with family and this time, our family grew as we welcomed new members into the Pirts Spirit community.

There’s a profound magic in these courses that leaves me feeling humbled and grateful every time for the opportunity to share them 🤍

They connect people on a deep level, and before we know it, we’ve become like family, bound by our love for nature, sauna, natural healing and the joy of sharing love and light with others.
