Returning from an incredibly beautiful Latvian winter course where 7 Pirts spirits learnt the Level 1 Air Treatment and experienced the true magic of Latvian culture, tradition and Pirts.

The course is set in which means blooming flower, a mirror to the effect these courses have on the hearts, minds, body and spirits of the participants as they connect, grow and expand their souls guided by nature and the four elements. It is so wonderful to see and feel this. 💛

Thank you Andris and Madara (owners of Ziedlejas) for opening your beautiful space and land to host us. We are so grateful for your hospitality.

Thank you to the participants who chose to book this course, travelled to Latvia and arrived with open hearts for the 5 days ahead. We already miss you all and look forward to seeing how you continue to blossom in your Pirts Spirit journey.

Thank you to our Pirts Masters and teachers and for your energy, knowledge and wisdom and for welcoming all the participants in with open arms to share the beloved Pirts tradition.

Thank you to Pirts Master who guided a very special opening fire ceremony, symbolizing the cleansing of all the roles and identities that no longer serve us. She shared her deep wisdom and knowledge of Latvian tradition and guided the making of beeswax candles with intention for welcoming in the new light inside of us 🔥

Thank you to for serving us the most delicious food every day, nourishing our mind, body and spirit. And Thank you for helping to make the food with on the first night and for your loving presence. Food made with love, intention and presence was felt. 🤗

Bookings for the Level 2 Pirts Spirit Fire Experience Course is now open!

This is the only one we will be running for level 2 this year so don’t hesitate to book your place and join us this summer!

Fire is the element of transformation, strength, and renewal and in Level 2, we introduce the powerful energy of the oak tree, also known as the King the of Forest 🌳

You will learn how to work with oak whisks to harness their strength and bring a new depth to your treatments.

Building on the Air Treatment, you’ll incorporate a body scrub made from fresh herbs, handpicked from the abundant garden at Ziedlejas and you will explore the magical properties of these plants when combined with the 4 elements 🌿

Additionally, you’ll refine your steam and whisking techniques, deepening your connection to working with nature, heat, and steam.

Pirts Spirit Group Experience – Level 1 🇮🇹

For the very first time, Pirts Spirit arrived in Italy, at the beautiful in Tirol.

Meeting the team, the guests, and the sauna spirit of this place felt deeply special.

Together with the first Italian Pirts Spirits, we stepped into the heart of the philosophy, the experiences, the products, and the why behind Pirts Spirit.

The practice in the Pirts sauna was pure magic:
🏔 mountains
❄️ snowfall
🔥 open fire
💧 cold natural plunge
🌿 a sauna with a strong, living soul

A dream setting for friends of steam.

Last week, Pirts Spirit delivered its very first Level 2 group experience with the team at

Level 2 is connected to the energy and strength of the Oak tree 🌳 
Using three different types of oak whisks and dried herbal whisks, participants learn how to guide the Pirts Spirit Fire experience, an energising experience with Latvian power songs, natural peelings and water contrast bring the four elements to life around you.

A place for guests to ground their bodies and fire their spirits 🔥

When I look back over the year 2025 with Pirts Spirit, I am beyond grateful. For all the experiences, the growth, the new connections and the new Pirts Spirits that joined the family, the growing bonds within the Pirts Spirit family and for the love and passion I feel from those who have been touched by nature.

I’m also incredibly grateful to all of my suppliers in Latvia who continue to put their heart and soul into creating beautiful products that we use in our experiences. Sharing a piece of Latvian land, love and craft with the rest of the world.

Wrapping up a beautiful year with the Level 1 Air group education for the team and welcoming 8 new Pirts Spirits into 2026.

Words shared by one team member that perfectly capture the essence of the Level 1 Air experience. Bringing a touch of nature to the guests through the birch tree whisks and offering attention and love in every steam dance and every light touch.

Over five days, you’ll move through theory, experience, and practice to learn the essential foundations of Latvian Pirts and gain the skills to give the Pirts Spirit Air Treatment (Level 1).

You’ll also practice in three different Pirts — smoke, glass and wool — each one dancing with the elements in its own unique way. 🔥

With guidance from our Latvian Pirts Masters, your learning is authentic and fully immersive.

Over the last two days, Pirts Spirit returned to and to follow up with the teams since completing their Level 1 group education.

These quality days are always so fulfilling and nourishing. Not only do we get to support the teams as they guide their Pirts-inspired, nature-infused experiences, but we also witness their personal growth in holding space with greater presence and confidence.

We are so proud and grateful of the dedication, passion and energy from everyone who joined us.

Last weekend, Pirts Spirit was invited into a very special place in one of the most reknown Wellness centers in Belgium.

We shared wisdom and care for nature in the authentic Nordik Sauna.
We created connections, harmonie and steam with Nature.
