About the facilitator:
Helena has been passionate about kundalini energy/life force energy and how to awaken and work with it in different ways. After a few years of individual practice, she discovered the wider range of ta**ra and got to experience the medicine of groupspaces where this energy is also welcomed and worked with.
Working with the shadow and especially trauma awareness is also known to her.
Helena is initially trained as a kundalini yoga teacher, holistic life coach and consciousness coach and added training in sound healing, alternative healing, Lomi Lomi massage, family constellations, and attended various trainings such as ISTA level 1 & 2 (International School of Temple Arts), Belly 2 Belly facilitator training, Embodied Intimacy year training, Medicine Woman and has tons of experience around self development and authentic self expression. She is an ever learning student and is currently deepening in Priestesshood and sensual arts.
She provides guidance and mentorship, offering strategies, tools and therapies for living a healthy & harmonious lifestyle, and of course, a caring & listening ear to talk to.
She sets up sacred spaces and ceremonies for transformational change for individual, group and collective purposes.
