Let’s talk openly about mental health. This morning-long event blends music, movement, conversation, and care, featuring:

 🧘 Yin Yoga with ANDREAS (CLASS ANTWERP)
 🎶 Morning Rave with DJ ANDREAS (CLASS ANTWERP) & coffee by MAÑANA MAÑANA .manana.antwerp  💨 Breathwork with JOKE
 🧠 Talks by psychologist MARIANA MENDOZA (sleep & emotional regulation) and psychotherapist/art therapist MARIEKE BRUYNINCKX (on living with Multiple Sclerosis, an invisible illness) .sleepsychology .runner
 🎤 Panel Talk — opening up the conversation with YOU.
