We should let go of certain old 'perfect' ideas and learn to look at LIFE with different eyes 👀

Love is not perfect... not for our partner, our family, our friends and colleagues. It's in the cracks, to fix them with gold so that our love becomes a piece of art.

When I was walking in the villages in Spain, I love seeing broken old pots that end up being little pieces of artwork.

Old men and women sitting on a bench in a village, give us that pure image of getting old with imperfection.

Young and older Spanish ladies feeling toplessly free at the beach while talking to their (grand)children without any shame.

Spanish people can also complain about stupid things but they have that 'joie de vivre' of not wasting time.

And it's not only due to the weather. I think it's in the history of revolution, a strong feeling of belonging and traditions.

The Spanish people I encountered in the more typical places, show me that LIFE should be lived with all it's messiness.

My old glasses got broken during my travels and it was clear that I needed to change my view on certain old ideas.

Changing perspective is actually from time to time necessary for all of us!

If life gives you rotten bananas, instead of complaining... make fresh banana milkshake. It's delicious!

My Soul Journey in Spain and other places to come, is for me a strong reset of certain habits, roles and who 'I thought I was' or what others expected of me.

LIVE your life and don't wait for the perfect moment because that moment is already gone... thinking of it.

And never forget to dance... dance on the waves of LIFE because it makes it a lot more FUN, even in the rain 🕺🏽☔️💃🏼

Los caminos de la vida 👣

I met Ina and Antonio while I was drinking a coffee in a bar at Portugalete - Bilbao (North of Spain).

We talked about their former jobs, the Spanish civil war - la guerra civil (1936-1939), life under Franco, the history of the iconic hanging bridge of Bizkaia until Antonio said STOP...

Now it's time for DANCING 🕺🏽💃🏼

Every Sunday afternoon they go dancing. In summer this live band plays outside next to the river at Portugalete and in winter the band plays inside. They love it and I hope they still have many beautiful years ahead.

Ina unfortunately has Alzheimer since 1 year and she starts repeating many old stories but Antonio promised to still have many more dances with Ina. It gives them hope, alegria and especially LOVE for LIFE ❣️

I also met Miguel (x 2). What an incredible positive energy he has at 90 years! His secret for feeling this fit, sharp and happy at 90. His enthusiastic love for all the ladies and... another girlfriend every day 😉😍

Los caminos de la vida 👣 The different roads of life take us often to unexpected directions 🧭

This Soul journey, I had the intention to walk a part of thé camino to Santiago the Compostela but the universe had other plans.

I did follow the Atlantic Coast from South to North and I walked a lot but I realized along the way that the traditional camino road isn't for me.

I now strongly feel that my road is the road of experiencing the pure essence of LOVE and authentic connection.

People ask me if I am rich because I am travelling for an undefined period of time? My respond... I am SUPER rich ❣️

Why?

I am 46
I am healthy and fit
I am free
I am loved
and most importantly I have TIME

Coincidence or not but my father died at 46 years of brain cancer. He never had the chance to truly relax and take time to enjoy. He and my mom worked hard as small independant persons.

At the age of 8 years I immediately understood that death is part of LIFE and our time is short! Still my path got positively rerooted a couple of times.

When I took the descision of leaving Belgium, I didn't have extra money to travel and I had a mortgage for my house to pay on my own. Still 23 years of 30 years to pay to the bank. I could finish at a healthy break-even point with my business but without extra money.

So if I wanted to travel abroad for a longer time, I had to choose and take the risk to sell my house, furniture and leave everything behind.

Luckily I had the experience before and I know you can always start again if you truly connect to the local people elsewhere. Work you can also find everywhere. And no precious memories from the past are ever lost in your heart ❣️

Life gives you often chances and signs to change... it's called DIVINE DISCONTENT!

My father never listened to his 'Divine discontent' moments.

Thank you Dad for your dying is my blessing 🙌🏽

Grateful to understand LIFE on a deeper level and to enjoy every moment (good or bad) with a big inner smile 😃

So if you are in a situation which feels very difficult...believe that you are being rerooted for something else and better. A blessing in disguise ✨️

Pasión por la vida - the real juice of LIFE ❣️ Better than any botox, collagen fillers or plastic surgery!

Hola cariño, Hello darling, Hello sweetheart

Hearing, saying and especially FEELING it on a daily basis. You start to feel it from within ❣️

From woman to woman, man to woman, woman to man and also man to man ... in a couple or not in a couple.

When a couple lives in harmony with themselves and each other, a person can say 'hello beautiful' to someone with their partner standing next to them and he/she/X will not feel jealous. And vice versa!

Andalusia gets my juices flowing and I now realize more and more what I have been missing during so many years in Flanders... and all the personal Ta**ra or Kundalini courses gave me beautiful experiences and insights but unfortunately can not shift the collective energy of a place 🌀

It's funny that how 'more sophisticated' people are or the 'more money' people have... they often have less confidence on a physical level and this counts for Spanish people too.

In the end we all need LOVE and attention. Your job title, bank account, collagen/botox fillers or plastic surgery will never replace that.

And don't stay stuck in bad experiences. When life treated you bad at one point, please try and take therapy to shift it from within because regret will eat you more than anything else!

And because we should never stop giving love and attention from a pure intention to each other ❤️

That's the real juice... the oil that gives us LIFE!

When a shamanic trance journey becomes reality in the garden of Eden ✨️

I was quietly lying in my hammock and reading about Kundalini Energy, when I heard the birds in the tree were making more noise. The serpent (Horseshoe whip snake) came out of the tree and killed one of the small birds. Apparently the serpent then hid the dead bird in one of the big holes of the tree.

In March I followed a shamanic Dreamwalker course in Belgium in which we learned how to make trance journeys with animal spirits. I forgot about the details of the different travels I made back then... until this serpent came out of the fig tree behind my rented house in Los Alcornocales - Spain.

I made a drawing of my trance journey in March and it resembles what I could now experience in reality.

Many messages are coming my way on this soul journey but the most important one for now is :

Snakes shed their skin to allow further growth and to remove parasites that may have attached to their old skin 🐍

I am shedding my old skin to release old patterns, limiting beliefs or habits that no longer serve me. I allow TRANSFORMATION ✨️

Thank you universe and David in Cadiz to give extra sparkle to this amazing serpent experience.

Embracing spontaneity... the exquisite freedom of the unexpected ✨️

My private life in Flanders was not making me happy anymore because almost everything goes by (long term) appointment and online marketing has become the new religion.

In many nothern countries every day life is focused on the individual and staying inside behind screens. Even during a beautiful spring or summer evening on a weekday, people close themselves up in their house behind the television or other screens.

The vicious circle of continuously being influenced and not taking enough offline time to tune in with yourself and your own creativity. It has a consequence on important life choices. People start playing an 'online' role instead of listening to their true self and soul.

I tried to live differently by not blocking my agenda too much in advance, by not being constantly online (even for my business), by having spontaneous gatherings with friends and working with people with special needs who give lots of spontaneous JOY!

But it's impossible to change the collective energy & life style... I REFUSE to live this way and that's WHY I am exploring new places.

I am now travelling in Andalusia and this is a new area for me but it feels very good so far.

Thank you Spain for your unique welcoming spirit and to many beautiful souls I meet along the way. Thank you for showing me this spontaneous community lifestyle again... even when you are working!

Spain was my first adult 'living and working life' for a couple of years and I was lucky to experience lots of different Spanish destinations in my 20 and 30s.

Where I will settle down for the next couple of years...nothing is decided yet. We shall see where the universe brings me further on my path 👣

What I definitely know....

Certain structure and routine in my working life is nice, but my private life?

Has to be on a place where offline spontaneity is the norm and not the exception because it's proven that spontaneous people are a lot more happier and healthier.

Que todo fluya y nada influya... Let everything flow and let nothing influence you.

Mama... let your child free 🕊

As a mother you have the responsibility to take care but even more to encourage your child to believe they can fly on their own.

Don't let your limitations stand in the way of your children.

Let our children feel we don't need them.

Often children take more emotionally care of their mothers than vice versa.

Encourage them to live their life and their own dreams... not yours ❤️

Very grateful for having a mother who gave me the love & strenght to be able to fly 🕊

The lights went out in Spain💡 No electricity, no wifi, no 4/5G, no telephone network... and definitely no chat gpt!

We realized that we are all so much depending on energy supply and even more relying on the internet.

In the big cities of Spain and Portugal, it must have been a real disaster with traffic, trains and elevators.

I was in a small coastal village in the South of Spain and some shops stayed open but you could only buy something if you had cash money 💸

I saw beautiful connections when people started helping each other spontaneously.

Thanks to this breakdown, we can be more grateful for the advantages the internet gives us. We can arrange so many things in a remote way but we should also realize that besides the practical advantages...

We should learn to trust our gut, our intuition, our instinct, our heart & soul and most importantely each other ✨️

When nothing works anymore...Life depends on LIVE human connection ❣️

That's the real light that keeps us going 💡

Poder elegir es tu poder... Your power is having the freedom to choose 🕊

The quote of a bank in Spain which is often abused in a wrong way.

We make our own chains by believing we need more stuff or we need to adapt to a certain way of living.

Our thoughts and old patterns are sometimes blocking us so much. True freedom is breaking free from all our previous conditions. Honouring our ancestors for what they gave us but also connecting to our own inner compass.

Thank God and the Universe we have great examples like Dali and Picasso who had the balls to follow their heart & soul ❣️

I am grateful for receiving these beautiful signs in Malaga that confirm...

We always have the power to choose our path 👣
