When you lose everything in a blink of an eye...

Arriving at the airport of Concepción on Sunday 18/01/26, the wildfires were spreading everywhere in the neigbourhood.

At my hostal I met Wilma and Manual, a lovely couple who just escaped from the fire.

The next day, they asked me to join them to look at their house or at least what is left of it.

Many people (+10.000) are affected by these wildfires in Concepción. So far more than 700 houses are destroyed and about 20 people are killed.

It is brutal and painful!

But in these extreme situations, I also see something very beautiful happening...

I see a lot of people supporting and helping each other in many ways.

I see LOVE ❤️

It's not a myth... Love survives everything!

And we are stronger than we think if we allow love to help us.

Thank you Wilma and Manuel for showing me your house, your beautiful family and showing me LOVE. Keep following your beautiful heart and believe that the road will show you the way 👣

We are just tiny dots in this universe 💫

The more you realize this... every night is indeed a miracle!

What an amazing experience to admire the galaxy, the planets Saturn, Jupiter and the brightest star Sirius.

Atacama desert in Chile, the world's driest and highest non-polar desert, is known to be one of the best places for stargazing and has some of the top astronomical observatories.

Fighting for the same 'fish', women, land, sea and even taking over the country.

It's dry and rough but believe that you will attract the 'Oasis' with divine timing.

The Atacama desert in Chile... the world's driest non-polar desert brings me to my deepest core.

Dance of the vultures a la portada de Antofagasta, the gate to the desert 🇨🇱

Vultures represent the end of a life cycle, transformation and necessary purification.

While often seen as 'omens of death',
these vultures are a sign on our path to clean the deeper emotional pain so our soul can breathe again.

A vulture is necessary in the food chain to eat the last bits and bites of rotten carcasses. In this way they prevent the spreading of diseases so they are extremely useful.

These species are called Turkey Vultures or Cathartes aura. Info thanks to Google ➡️

Cathartes: From Greek kathartes, meaning "purifier,"

Aura: From Latin aurum (gold) or Greek aura (breeze), suggesting a "golden purifier" or "cleansing breeze".

The vultures make it clear to me... I am healing also the last parts of my personal old wounds. The core of my childhood and teenager trauma. I can finally see and admit it for the first time in my life, I survived emotional abuse from people who could not heal their deep personal sadness and generational trauma.

My last visit in Belgium brought me unexptectedly back to that trauma. I could see and feel my deep loneliness again and my cry for compassion. Nobody ever saw my personal emotional struggle or helped me with it when I was little. It was painful but okay now. I survived it.

Chile shows me with its intense nature the full matrix and also helps me to cure these wounds.

I also understand why I developed an eye for seeing other people suffering when everything seems 'ok' at the surface. That was my personal struggle too.

I feel this dry rough region is like an empty space in between. The space in which we are recovering from our past but we don't know what's next. It's thé time to purify.

Grateful for this 'cleansing insights' and the vultures on my path which are reflecting my personal journey in this moment.

And I love it when the accidental chosen music match the moving of these big birds. No AI just pure magical luck 💫

I choose only healthy relationships on all levels of life.

I choose connections in which we can positively GROW together.

I choose NATURE and a life outdoor.

I choose a pure BLISSFUL abundant life with less material.

I choose to live life LIVE and less online.

I choose to live a healthy lifestyle for mind, heart, body and soul.

I choose to be grateful for all the lessons learned and I am grateful for the ones to come.

The matrix of our family system of which we are the product.

We want to move on and not always dig into the past. When we don't think too much about a difficult situation and let it go...

We hope it goes away?

But what if certain difficult situations keep crossing your path. Very similar but in a different form.

Then your ancestors are calling you to heal what they couldn't.

You can blame your parents, but the root cause is often long before them... of which your parents too, are a product!

Shining light on the situation of your ancestors, healing your family tree and emptying the backpack of your personal and family past, is key for a lighter, healther and happier LIFE.

It's not an easy evacuation route but if you don't want the 'tsunami' to hit you every time unexpectedly. It's the best long-term sustainable solution and your responsibility for your next generation.

Spirituality is what keeps me sane since my childhood and is my guide around the world.

People ask me if I am not scared to travel alone as a woman in Chile?

I believe I am always protected by something bigger than we can understand with our mind or our ego. You can call it God or the universe.

It is thanks to my spiritual believe, I passed or better 'survived' my childhood and youth in a relatively ok way. When there was no authentic emotional wellbeing from adults, it saved me.

When you are with a group of people, who are disconnected from their feelings, you can feel very lonely but travelling alone can give you a feeling of completeness, serenity and inner peace.

On my soul journey, I am peeling of more layers to go to my pure self without any defense. Step by step, I feel guided. Upon arrival, I feel the energy of the place and the people. Then I decide if I want to stay longer. I give myself TIME.

That doesn't mean I never get obstacles on the road... but then we need to understand the bigger picture why we are being rerouted. What is the message behind the obstacle. That counts for life in general!

Thé most important element is earth. Connect yourself with Mother Earth to protect your energy and ground your body.

Make sure you take enough time to rest, do grounding excercises and open your heart to connect with nature, animals and the local people to understand the culture of the place.

Let's trust and be grateful for this universal protection and guidance everywhere we travel in life.

My next destination will be hot and spicy, has one of the largest coastlines in the world and has amazing nature 🌊🌶🏞

After travelling 3 months in Spain and 3 months in Greece during summer season, I had the idea of travelling further in winter.

Maybe first to Asia and then New Zealand, but a couple of weeks ago I got so many signs from...

CHILE 🇨🇱

And now I see this picture taken this summer in Bermeo (North of Spain) with the world on my back. Which part of the world I am standing very close to?

Indeed South America and Patagonia.

Never decide with your mind but listen to the signs of the universe 💫

Very curious what this next chapter of my Soul Journey (3 months Chile) will show me.

Grateful for everything and everybody on my path 💕

Open de deur naar het onverwerkt verdriet van jouw familiesysteem voor een lichter en gezonder leven.

De laatste weken in november waren pittige energieën. Dit werd gevoeld op individueel en collectief vlak. Het gaf mij een hele belangrijke doorbraak en healing.

Ik moest na 3 maanden Griekenland langs Belgie en NL om bepaalde zaken te regelen.

Ik voelde een blokkade bij mezelf waar ik extra professionele begeleiding bij kon gebruiken én ik kreeg ook dromen over één van mijn grootmoeders.

Reeds 10 jaar doe ik regelmatig familieopstellingen en heb ik de geweldige kracht en healing mogen ervaren.

Tijdens en na de opstelling werd duidelijk dat er nog een onverwerkt trauma en verdriet van mijn grootmoeder en overgrootmoeder (Ida) zat in ons systeem.

Dat onverwerkt verdriet heeft een groot effect gehad op het leven en de keuzes van mijn vader, mijn tante (ook een Ida) en dat van mij (mijn volledige officiële naam is 'Katrien Ida').

Mijn vader is gestorven in 1987 toen ik 8 jaar was. Niemand in onze familie was in staat om hun verdriet toe te laten en/of constructief te verwerken.

Ik ben vanaf toen onbewust het verdriet van de oudere generaties mee gaan dragen. Maar ik was de jongste en het was niet mijn rol om voor anderen te zorgen.

Ik kreeg vanaf de lagere school continu hevige bloedneuzen, gevoelige darmen en rugklachten. Maar niemand die vroeg hoe dat kind van 8 zich eigenlijk voelde. Ik had mijn coping mechanismen ontwikkeld en werd primus in de lagere school om me extra te bewijzen en te zorgen voor anderen.

Dat zorgen heb ik heel mijn privé en beroepsleven gedaan. Daar kreeg ik positieve aandacht voor. Eindelijk had ik de erkenning die ik van mijn familie niet kreeg.

Dankzij mijn zielsreis ben ik naar mijn eigen kinderverdriet kunnen gaan én ook toelaten.

De wereld toont ons dat er veel onverwerkt verdriet is op het collectief dat een uitvergroting is van ons individueel stuk.

We dienen ons verleden te helen voor onze eigen gezondheid en die van onze kinderen. Durf dit ajb aan te gaan 🙏
