Breathe, Release, Transform. A series of breath ceremonies guiding you back to your authentic self through deep release and reconnection.

Each session focuses on a different energy center, from the eyes and jaw to the throat, helping you to soften, open, and find your natural flow again.

Led by Jan Mouton, Arne Daniëls & Sarah Bulang, these evenings offer a safe space to explore, feel, and transform simply by breathing.

When I teach, you won’t find me on my mat. I’m always walking around, offering support where it’s needed most.
For more than 20 years, I’ve been refining the art of assists, first in dance a little later in yoga, learning how touch can guide, ground, and create trust.

This November, I’m sharing that experience in In Safe Hands, a 3-day training for yoga teachers who want to feel more confident in hands-on assists, adjustments, and the intelligent use of props.

It’s not just about technique. It’s about presence. About seeing your students deeply and creating a space where they feel safe, held, and supported.

In the Mysore room we move at our own rhythm, breath by breath, posture by posture. On Sundays, the led class shifts the focus: together we follow the traditional Sanskrit count as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Jois.

Why this matters?
- It refines our understanding of the exact vinyasa system.
- It strengthens discipline and steadiness by moving as one.
- It reveals where we tend to add, skip, or rush and brings us back to clarity.

This class is an important part of the Ashtanga method for those already established in their practice. It isn’t for beginners yet so please check with your teacher if you’re ready to join.

Always guided by breath. Always guided by tradition.

If you keep your mat here, please make sure to take it home by Wednesday, October 1 at the latest.
On October 2, we’ll go through all mats, and any left behind will be removed.

Starting January 29

Eight days to refine, explore, and grow. This training is for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who want to bring more clarity, creativity, and care into their practice and teaching.

We’ll dive into purposeful flows, safe transitions, thoughtful sequencing, and inversion progressions with props. You’ll sharpen your cueing, strengthen bandha awareness, and learn to weave themes with lightness; always balancing effort and ease.

Whether you’re actively teaching or simply deepening your own practice, you’re welcome here. The only prerequisite is a 200-hour training, from any school.

Leave with sequences that make sense, cues that land, and a humble confidence to share advanced work in your own style and voice.

Breath is the foundation of yoga, yet many of us don’t realize how much we limit ourselves by the way we breathe. Ujjayi, the “ocean breath”, can steady the mind, deepen focus, and give strength to your practice, but only when done correctly. Subtle habits like shallow breathing, forcing the exhale, or tightening the throat can hold you back.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the true technique of Ujjayi and combine it with Full Yogic Breath to expand the lungs, calm the nervous system, and bring balance to body and mind. A refined breath changes the way you move, focus, and feel both on and off the mat.
