Last call to all yoga teachers and teachers in training. 🤗
This 3-hour workshop offers a fresh look at the creation of a yoga practice through an anatomical lens. Designed exclusively for yoga teachers, it is an opportunity to deepen your understanding of āsana practice and gain valuable insights into cueing, flow design, and anatomical sequencing.
The workshop is presented by Lennert, a yoga teacher with a background in medicine and a specialization in anesthesiology. His unique perspective brings a nuanced and informed approach to the way sequences are created and taught.
Together we will explore the influential role of cueing in shaping a student’s experience and look at the tangible impact of words through practical examples. We will also dive into the story and dynamics behind crafting yoga flows, approaching each sequence like a captivating book.
Throughout the workshop, we will dissect, organize, and group a wide range of poses to better understand the purpose of each individual āsana within a sequence.
At the end, you will learn a new type of Sun Salutation that is accessible for all audiences.
A unique opportunity to elevate your teaching skills, deepen your anatomical understanding, and discover new dimensions within your practice. You are warmly invited to join us in the studio, whether you are already part of AntwerpYoga or joining us for the first time.
See you on the mat for your urban exhale…
