The breath is always available to us. How many of your breaths are conscious out of the on average 20000 breaths that you take a day? I would like to encourage you to take as many conscious breaths as possible during our next in-person session in the intimacy of our small group. We will be guided by the loving presence of the breath and me as your compassionate guide. 💜 Besides releasing old narratives and patterns we are going to create space for joy and love and any other qualities you need.
This is a safe place to release piled up stress or residues of trauma. Everything is stored in the body. Understanding is an important step in working with trauma but release happens through somatic practices. This type of breathwork is a perfectly designed embodied practice for this.

Sharing what nurtures me makes me enthusiastic.💜 Not to forget the importance of repetition as it leads to mastery. And doing such a deep journey as breathwork, a group practice enhances its effort. It is good to keep our nervous system in good health and breathwork is one way, and an important and efficient way, to do that.
People who know me can affirm that I am in my best form when I guide these sessions from the safety of my home, at least that is how I feel. 🧡
