Most people aren’t “emotional.”
They’re stuck.

Not in a situation.
Not in a relationship.

They’re stuck in a specific layer of their emotional hierarchy
usually grief, anxiety, anger, shame or despair
and they’ve never been shown how to move through it.

Your emotions aren’t random.
They follow a precise sequence:
digestion → capacity → clarity → integration → identity → compassion.

If one layer collapses, the whole field collapses.
But when you learn how to navigate the hierarchy,

Lately I’ve been feeling something very clearly:
we are not just individuals walking forward in time

Seven generations behind us,

AI is productive.
It gave me clarity, structure, and a whole strategy in days.
It was incredibly useful.

But here’s the truth most people won’t say:

It’s almost too good.
Too tempting.
Too easy to disappear into.

If I don’t stop myself, I could spend hours asking it questions instead of asking humans.
Instead of connecting.
Instead of living.
