This is anael's story:
you can help her to fulfil her dream

Hi, my name is Anael Hazan, I'm 14.5 years old and was diagnosed with colitis four years ago,I have many difficulties in daily life context of the disease, but then, I do not like to show it or complain, I just want to be like everyone else.
My dream trip is to travel in the United States, I was born in New York, and I always wait for the next vacation in the United States, I will be really glad if the trip will take place.
Sometimes I can not go on trips with my school due to my illness, and I really feel like I'm losing experiences, I'm in the Bnei Akiva youth movement and it is not always possible for me to go for walks and campaigns, because of a stomach eruption and infusion I have to do or for some other things related to the disease.
I love to swim, to play tennis and to run (of course that I can do), I enjoy traveling the world and the country, I love going to the beach, the pool, and do things with my family and friends.
When I grow up, I want to help sick children and volunteer in various organizations, In terms of career I want to be a successful businesswoman.
It is very important for me to take a trip not only because it's in the United States, but more than that I want to feel independent and that I can do things in spite of my disease, I would love to meet new companies and have an amazing experiences that i would remember for the rest of my life.

Dvash is a hero, and we want to help her take a break from hospitals and take her out for a fun trip to DISNEYWORLD

This is her story:

My name is dvash and I am 17 years old. I was diagnosed with crohns disease when I was 11 years old. When all my friends and class mates were celebrating their bat mizvas, I spent my time doing many painful tests, to try to figure out way I felt so horrible.
Since I was diagnosed I've had countless IVs and blood test, and taken hundreds of pills. I have misseda lot a school, and I spend a lot of time trying to keep up with all the tests and assignment.I think that my disease makes me a bit different then most kids my age. When most people my age don’t feel so well, or their stomach hurts they stay home. When I feel that way I push myself very hard not to miss school because there are so many times that I just can't go. A also think that I am a lot more mature and I'm able to deal with difficulties better then most teens my age.
I work hard in school and despite my disease I take the highest level of math, and I have a double major. I love to dance and sing, and I love art. I also like riding horses. When I was diagnosed I had to stop my horse back ridding and dance lessons because it was to hard on me physically. Ever since I've been on and off based on how I feel. And this year I started to take voice lessons.
I have friend from school that I like to spent time with, but I can never completely relate and feel open with them because of my disease, And because I am embarrassed to talk about the crohns with them.
I also have friend with crohns that I feel extremely comfortable with. Being with them helps me deal with the disease.

You can help us take the heroes of good men to a fun trip accompanied with all the medical equipment needed

Hey my name is Lior, I'm 18 years old, from Tiberias, Israel and this is my story:
I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease at the age of 14, after a long time of suffering from abdominal pain, constipation, vomiting and loss of appetite.

I used to be a very active person. I've enjoyed playing sports and playing my favorite instrument - cello -at the conservatory of Tiberias.
Due to my illness that prevented me from leaving the house, and due to the high payment for treatments, medications and supplements that my parents had to pay (my brother also suffers from Crohn's disease - so the expenses on the disease were doubled), I had to leave the lessons.

Before the disease, I was a happy and lively person, but as soon as the symptoms began, I became upset and depressed. I was embarrassed to leave the house, so my ties with my friends and the surrounding were loosened up.
During a period of two months I lost about 12 pounds, and I was severely underweight. Because of that, I had to have a feeding tube placement, which made it even farther difficult for me to go outside.

Looking back, coping with the disease was not easy. Especially when I was a little girl who hardly understood why she should be in hospitals, instead of being with all the other kids having fun and hanging out together.
The hardest part for me was to cope with the food issue, especially when I saw my friends eat ice cream and candy.

Looking to the future, dealing with crohn disease strengthened me. Although I do not feel that I returned to myself all the same (I am not engaged in sport at all and I did not return to play the cello ..) but I still continue to evolve, dream, and hope for the best!
