Remember that progress is not linear and you may experience a setback, but always keep your sights on the light, your end goal.

P.S. Your goal should always be to lose body fat and not just weight. Loosing centimetres - not kilograms. Access your stamina, ask yourself if you are able to run faster and longer, hold a plank, or lift harder. Challenge yourself every single day 😎 …and be PATIENT.

Resistance bands provide enough stress to work your muscles harder while not asking for the brute strength needed for hand weights. Additionally, with resistance bands, you get plenty of emphasis on stability and the eccentric contraction, giving you better postural balance with more balance on the whole core!

With the Pilates flat back exercise, you work your quads, buttocks, abs and back extensors - all at the same time. Adding arm circles you mobilize your shoulder joint, making the exercise more challenging. Check out my Pilates training flows!

Friday workout - ☑️ All done at home with my body weight! One of the most important benefits of bodyweight exercise is its ability to improve your cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength all at once. You get a cardio workout from changing positions and elevating your heart rate, while your bodyweight and gravity work together to help you build muscle!
