It’s crazy how, in today’s society, extremism keeps getting more and more attention — not just in politics, but also in nutrition.
I’m genuinely shocked by how absolute nutcases with zero qualifications manage to influence massive audiences into eating less and less. The messages we keep seeing everywhere are the same nonsense on repeat:
❌ “Avoid carbs.”
❌ “Don’t eat bread or pasta.”
❌ “Skip snacks.”
❌ “Don’t eat after 8 PM.”
❌ “Start eating at noon — fasting is key.”
❌ “Eat like the hunters and gatherers did.”
❌ “Go fully plant-based.”
❌ “Don’t eat anything processed.”
❌ “You don’t need carbs to run a marathon — you have enough fat.”
❌ “You’ll be fine with just electrolytes.”
❌ “Feeling tired? Just have some yoghurt.”
Honestly? These are the best tips to guarantee you’ll feel like absolute s**t — during your workouts, at work, and even when you’re with your family.
You’ll end up grumpy, burned out, and antisocial — basically an as***le version of yourself.
And then you’ll have to ask yourself:
👉 Is this really how you want to show up in your work, your relationships, and your friendships?
It breaks my heart every single day to see how self-destructive people have become because they believe the bulls**t spread by these charlatans.
And yes — I get angry. Furious, even. Sometimes I just want to punch them in the face. Especially the ones with the man bun, who take daily ice baths, and wear pants so tight you can literally see a hint of ba****ck through them.
Let’s be honest — we all know the type. 😂
And I’m just going to leave it at that.
👉 If you’re done with feeling tired, frustrated, and confused about food…
👉 If you’re ready to stop following random internet advice and start fueling your body like an athlete instead of a caveman…
Then this is your sign to take action.

Let’s fix your nutrition once and for all — and get you back to feeling strong, energized, and unstoppable.
