That’s not luck - it’s yoga.

I’m sick less often, my stress doesn’t own me anymore, and my emotions feel steady instead of overwhelming.

And I see the same in my students - more energy, more self-control, more ease in their own skin… plus a sense of community many didn’t even know they were missing.

That’s why we created Yoga for Men in Antwerp.

This is not about flexibility or fancy poses. It’s about building a steady rhythm - for your body and for your life.

Each class follows a structured path:
→ Breath to focus the mind
→ Movement to build strength and awareness
→ Recovery to restore your system
It’s a weekly reset - no pressure, no judgment.

For men who want more than just a good stretch.

Yoga isn’t only about touching your toes. It’s a system to help you show up stronger, calmer, and more focused - on and off the mat.

Here’s the breakdown:

1️⃣ Yama
How you treat others. Be honest. Be respectful. Don’t take more than you need. Like a personal code of conduct.

2️⃣ Niyama
How you treat yourself. Stay clean, stay grounded, learn from your experiences. Show up with discipline and self-respect.

3️⃣ Asana
The physical poses. Strength, mobility, control. You train your body to train your mind.

4️⃣ Pranayama
Breath control. Your breath is your power tool. Use it to calm down or fire up when you need it.

5️⃣ Pratyahara
Turning inward. Disconnect from distractions. Tune in. Reset.

6️⃣ Dharana
Focus. Train your attention like you train your body. One breath, one task, one goal at a time.

7️⃣ Dhyana
