I watched how the body reacts when there’s no room to escape the pose.

How breath changes.

If something worked this year in your practice
(strength, mobility, showing up) there is no reason to abandon it in January.

Carry forward what works.
Let the rest behind.
Yoga helps you staying in the conversation with your body, energy and mind.

Classes continue in January.
Same intention. Same steadiness.

December 17. Center and Stillness.

The end of the year does not need more effort.
It needs space.

This last class before the break is about slowing down, grounding, and letting things settle.
Less doing. More feeling.
Simple movements, steady breath, longer pauses.

A moment to stand between what has been and what comes next.
Not to analyse. Just to arrive.

If December has felt full, this class is a good place to reset.

SAVE this SURVIVAL KIT for the holidays: Work. Family. Expectations. Noise.
December can be demanding for men.

Yoga does not ask you to escape any of that.
It invites you to meet it with more steadiness.

A few simple things you can carry into the coming weeks:

🧘‍♂️ Pause, brief and frequently.
Even a few minutes standing still, feeling your feet and your breath, helps regulate your system.

🔥 Choose consistency over intensity.
Gentle, regular movement supports the body better than pushing hard right now.

🌬 Let the breath be an anchor.
When things speed up, notice your breath instead of trying to control it.

🌱 Set intentions.
Notice what you want to cultivate next year. Presence. Balance. Clarity.
Let them be seeds.

Thank you for practicing this year, whether you joined once, regularly, or are finding your way back. I look forward to seeing you this Wednesday and again in the new year.
