L’esperienza del lutto non consiste solo nel decesso o nella perdita di una persona cara. Può essere sperimentata in diverse altre situazioni in cui una persona è esposta a cambiamenti inaspettati e sui quali sente di non avere il controllo: come la perdita del lavoro, un divorzio o una separazione, un ab**to, perdite economiche, un pensionamento, un trasferimento. È normale come mi sento? Quando inizierò a stare meglio? Cosa posso fare per stare meglio? Queste sono alcune delle domande a cui cercheremo di dare una risposta in questo workshop, che vede come l’incontro di due discipline con radici molto diverse quali la psicoterapia ad orientamento psicoanalitico e lo yoga vinyasa possano proporre un percorso sinergico e fornire degli strumenti per affrontare questi eventi cruciali. Analizzeremo i passaggi che ci permettono di elaborare un lutto e avremo la possibilità di avvicinarci in modo esperienziale alla pratica della disciplina orientale dello yoga. Sarà possibile condividere nel gruppo i propri vissuti e le proprie riflessioni in un clima aperto e non giudicante.

Materiale: per la parte pratica del workshop è consigliato un abbigliamento sportivo ma comodo (leggings per le donne, pantaloncini corti per gli uomini), un tappetino di yoga, una coperta e due cuscini, possibilmente dello stesso spessore.

The stepping-stones of the chakras form a ladder upon which we can travel up and down our central axis, climbing up to heaven or getting down to earth, reaching up toward liberation and transcendence. The purpose of chakra-based yoga is to create vibrant health and spiritual awakening.

Una separazione, un sogno infranto, perdere una persona amata, perdere un lavoro. Fare i conti col "dopo", rialzarsi, ricominciare. E in che modo? Dare voce al proprio sentire e trovare all'interno di un percorso terapeutico. Mettersi in ascolto di sé stessi e rimettere in connessione corpo e mente attraverso la disciplina dello yoga.
Insieme nel workshop di aprile, parleremo della ed affronteremo il tema attraverso una rigenerante pratica di (prossimamente la data esatta).

Fare i conti col “dopo”, rialzarsi, ricominciare. E in che modo?
Dare voce al proprio sentire e trovare all’interno di un percorso terapeutico. Mettersi in ascolto di sé stessi e rimettere in connessione corpo e mente.

But I won't say it has been useless, or mean or terrible. I am just kindly inviting him to leave. At the doorstep of the there is only space for 2020 to quietly leave and there is only plenty or room and no expectation for 2021 to come in.

I got you @2020, I read in you what I needed to read and I learnt from you what I needed to learn. Thank you for your precious techings. I already thought I was not giving anything for granted but maybe I was, who knows? And now I know that I live to breath and not that I breath to live, because breathing through the mask is not awesome and I am so looking forward to get rid of it.
Thank you for the path is clearer, the goal more defined, the cut with old strings is stronger.
Thank you for clearing space that was occupied by useless weights, for lifting my spirit with less, for reminding me I was needless and have it all, for showing me that .

Now it's time for the to approach gently. I will keep on celebrating every given day, that's my promise. I won't use time to complain, criticize and judge. I will use it to enjoy myself in this beautiful stage we all play our roles in, savoring every aspect, being ready at every turns.

Accettando l'invito di , , posto una delle mie Asana preferite: Astavakrasana o Eight Angle Pose.

Oltre ad essere un arm balance, Astavakrasana è una posizione che richiede molta energia nella regione addominale, sulle braccia, i polsi, le caviglie. l'interno cosce. Metafora della Vita, in Yoga trovo il riflesso delle capacità sulle quali ho maggior bisogno di lavorare: equilibrio, forza ma anche un paziente gioco di tira-molla, di essere tesa verso gli obiettivi ma anche comprensione che per poterli davvero raggiungere c'è bisogno di essere in grado di lasciare andare... Adoro il senso di leggera euforia che mi da' l' altalenare così, sospesa a qualche centimetro da terra in Eight Angle! Provare, mettersi in gioco, misurare il sottile equibrio tra controllo e fiducia, concentrarsi ma mai prendersi troppo sul serio!

Seasons. Changes. I have learnt a lot in these last few months. I learnt about freedom: the freedom to go out from my house, travel to see my loved ones, be with my family and friends, celebrate life at its fullest. It has been sad at times to leave so much undone. I have learnt about expectations and realised how much I have always enjoyed "before". The Covid 19 world pandemic situation is teaching me a lot. Not to give a job for granted, adapting to have less, to spend differently. But I kept doing my part, I kept committing myself to my profession and I kept preparing every class online or in person so that my students can enjoy a moment of true release, grounding, expansion. At te end of the day I will still pay my dues, if you are showming up or not, I will still pay my taxes, my rental, everything. The yoga studios are among those activities and business that have paid a highest price in this sacrificing period of time. Support local studios and keep an eye on your community. Reaching out to those in need is easy and possibile to everyone. A community based on self and mutual understanding and respect can easily do that. Cultivating a yoga practice also means to uplift yourself and others. Come to your practice every Monday and Wednesday morning @ 9am. Please PM me for all details. 🌟🌟
