Let's give eachother some support.

On our mats we all sweat together, often unknowing who has a shop, bar, salon, office, etc...

The struggle to create content and to be seen is a real one.
Let's expand this community beyond our mats.

This Saturday morning the studio is OPEN 💕

Whether you love Valentine’s Day or prefer to ignore it, we’ll be on the mat—moving, breathing, and sweating like any other day.

Last year, we welcomed partners and loved ones into the hot room, and this year, we’re doing the same again!

Everyone with an active membership can tag their loved one in the comments and let them practice for FREE this saturday morning. ❤️
