💡 UEMS Congress 💬 How do we support doctors in an increasingly demanding healthcare environment?

From Thursday 28th to Saturday 30th May, 8️⃣ sessions will explore this question through different lenses, i.e. from recognising the risks of the profession and addressing fatigue, to strengthening mental wellbeing and rethinking workforce planning in Europe.

Topics will range from:
✔️ Breaking the cycle of workforce shortage and exhaustion
✔️ Learning from lived experiences to support patients
✔️ Addressing psychosocial and occupational risks in daily practice
✔️ Exploring solutions such as the KeepCaring project and future workforce strategies

More than presentations, these sessions aim to create a shared space for dialogue where participants can listen, question, and exchange with experts and peers.
