A 63-year-old patient presented for facial rejuvenation and a significant transformation of her appearance.
A full face and neck lift corrected sagging tissue along the jawline and cheeks. Microfat grafting restored lost volume in the central areas of the face. The neck was rejuvenated using platysma sutures combined with lateral SMAS suspension. The eyes were refreshed with upper and lower blepharoplasty, along with an eyebrow lift. Finally, nanofat injections were used to improve skin quality on the lateral face and neck areas.
The results shown are seven years post-surgery.

What a challenging case: a 19 year old young patient presented a case of breast asymmetry with congenital malformation combining so called tuberous breasts deformity and breast atrophy. In one single surgery, this asymmetry was corrected by modelling the tuberous right breast and inserting an expander, and volume distribution mastopexy at the left side. A second surgery is scheduled in few months to replace the expander with fat grafting.
Underway for a happy patient with a return to breast harmony.
What was somehow missed by nature, only science and artistry can correct it.
