Tow days after full facial rejuvenation of a 70 year old patient done in Marbella. Note the harmony in facial proportions with the sharpe jewel line and the smooth neck lift. The sutures on the skin are a part of the hemostatic net which were placed to reduce hematoma and stabilize the skin. The brow lift was done to elevated the eyebrow and to give the aspect of foxy eyes. The face was finally tuned with also microfat grafting and nanofat and also the famous upper lip lift. All these sutures are removed after 48 hours after surgery. No bruising, no hematoma, quicker recovery and natural results.

Breast augmentation using Brussels Cocktail: b-lite breast implants placed on the top of the muscle and fat grafting was used to smooth the transition areas= total aesthetic and natural results at two years post surgery.

My philanthropic week ended up with the ultimate charity diner of my foundation. What evening in Vaudeville theatre in the heart of old town Brussels. We enjoy the elegant melody/songs / auctions/tombola and delicious food. We all stand to fight breast cancer and increase breast reconstruction awareness. Looking forward to see you back next year!

Pink October🌸: this young lady had bilateral prophylactic nipple-sparing mastectomies with direct implant reconstruction using B-Lite Micothane implants placed on the top of the pectoral muscles. Fat grafting was also used to smooth the Decolté zone. The ultimate Brussels’s Cocktail concept.
Here is 2 years follow-up with very natural results. The mastectomy scars are hidden in the inframammary folds. No muscle animation. Breast cancer was reduced to the maximum with full body integration.
