A 17-year-old patient with significant breast asymmetry (ni**le level: 19 cm left vs 25 cm right).
We corrected the imbalance with a tailored plan: volume-distribution mastopexy with a small reduction, anatomical implant (335 cc), and fat grafting—plus precise inframammary fold adjustment for better symmetry.

A Nice Christmas gift: a new paper published online in the prestigious PRS journal. This study teaches how to chose scars in breast reduction. Using my surgical algorithm, surgeons can provide the best aesthetic outcome with the less scars and the least postoperative revision surgery.

Finally, the lady got what she asked for: a full face and neck rejuvenation. A good preoperative analysis with planning of several surgical procedures such as a deep plan face and neck lift, gliding brow lift and lip lift with microfat and Nano fat injection followed up by a correct postoperative protocol.
