I know what do you think, it is before and after abdominoplasty pictures!
Nope, it is a donor site of DIEP flap breast reconstruction after right mastectomy. However, the abdomen was closed using an aesthetic abdominoplasty technique with flat tummy and sexy umbilicoplasty. The result after 7 years still great. Prof Hamdi is the founder of the abdominoplasty flap breast reconstruction, the concept is based on aesthetic vision of abdominal closure after harvesting the DIEP flap.

Breast implant forever? This is a false information. Breast implant needs to be changed at certain age, is it at 10 or 20 years? No right answer. Implant should be changed when capsula contracture or implant rupture occurs or for deterioration of the aesthetic result.
This patient had anatomical Micothane Replicon shape implants 12 years ago. 275 cc size implant in front of the muscle gave her a natural results without any complications do far. Thanks to the polyurethane cover surface implant.

Another Brussels Cocktail for aesthetic breast enhancement . A breast augmentation is done using B-Lite Microthane implants inserted on the top of the muscle.
