Coming up! Two-day Ilan Lev Method Introductory Workshop led by Noa Goldin in Brussels, Belgium. Hosted by Forest Lighthouse, we will work together from 10:00-17:00 each day, September 28 and 29th.

Additionally, after 17:00, Open Clinic will be available to participants and the public, where clients can receive treatments for a reduced fee, with treatments occurring simultaneously in the studio. Please e-mail ilanlevmethod.nl@gmail.com to schedule your Open Clinic Session.

Back from the Ilm movement teacher course in Kików with wonderful people - full of inspiration, energy and gratitude for the chance and time to dive deeper into this method, which keeps on opening doors on so many levels.

I am continuing to give one-on-one bodywork sessions in Brussels, and i'm now also graduated as an Ilan Lev movement class teacher for groups!

In the session the patient's body is gently moved, creating a rich and thoughtful dialogue between the practitioner and the patient. Movement returns to parts of the body where communication was cut off or stopped due to injury, pain, or emotional issues. The aim is to restore and improve the dialogue within the whole system. The treatment reduces pain and stress, improves the ability to move, harmonises the circulation of the body and promotes the immune system
