🇬🇧Celebrating an Incredible Body Transformation 🌟

👋 Today, I want to share an inspiring story of a remarkable body transformation that proves that achieving health and happiness doesn't always require the "no pain, no gain" attitude.

Not too long ago, my client was struggling with constant bloating, stiffness in his body due to nagging low back pain, and high blood pressure. He felt trapped and discouraged, feeling like he was missing out on life's joys due to his health issues. But, little did he know that a positive change was just around the corner.
Instead of resorting to extreme diets or spending hours at the gym and doing endless cardio, my client decided to take a different approach to his health journey. He believed in making sustainable lifestyle changes, focusing on nourishing his body, and embracing movements that brought him joy.

🍽️Say Goodbye to Starving: He realized that depriving himself of his favorite foods was not the answer. Instead, my client adopted a balanced and mindful eating routine. By incorporating nutrient-rich foods, listening to his body's hunger cues, and indulging in moderation, he could enjoy delicious meals without feeling guilty.

🏋️ Embracing the Joy of Movement: Exercise became less of a chore and more of a celebration for him. He found activities that he loved next to his strength training and stretching routines, such as walking. These enjoyable exercises helped him become more flexible and confident in his body's abilities, without the need for a grueling cardio routine.

🚶‍♂️ Taking Small Steps: My client understood that progress is not always about big leaps. It's the small, consistent steps that lead to lasting change. He started with gentle stretches and short walks, gradually increasing the distance and intensity over time. This approach prevented him from feeling overwhelmed and allowed him to build a strong foundation for his transformation.

And guess what? The results were astonishing!

🎉 After a few months of following this holistic approach, he lost 5 kgs of fat, bloating is significantly less, his body is more flexible than ever, and he bid farewell to the need for blood pressure medications! 😲

This journey is a testament to the power of self-love and the significance of finding a healthy balance that suits your unique lifestyle. He proved that you can achieve incredible body transformation without resorting to extreme measures or constantly pushing yourself to the limit.

👋 Ma egy inspiráló történetet szeretnék megosztani, amely azt bizonyítja, hogy az egészség és a boldogság eléréséhez nem mindig van szükség a "nincs fájdalom, nincs nyereség" hozzáállásra.

Nem is olyan régen ügyfelem állandó puffadással, a kínzó derékfájás miatti merevséggel és magas vérnyomással küszködött. Csapdába esett és úgy érezte, egészségügyi problémái miatt kimarad az élet örömeiből. De nem is gondolta colna, hogy egy pozitív változás közeleg.
Ügyfelem ahelyett, hogy extrém diétákhoz folyamodott volna, órákat töltött volna az edzőteremben, és végtelenségig kardiózna, úgy döntött, hogy másképp közelíti meg egészségét. Hitt abban, hogy fenntartható életmódbeli változtatásokat kell végrehajtania, teste táplálására összpontosított, és olyan mozdulatokat ölelt fel a rutinja, amelyek örömet okoznak neki.

🍽️Mondj búcsút az éhezésnek: Rájött, hogy az nem megoldás, ha megvonja magát kedvenc ételeitől. Ehelyett ügyfelem kiegyensúlyozott és figyelmes étkezési rutint alakított ki. Tápanyagban gazdag ételeket fogyasztott, hallgatott teste éhségjelzéseire, és mértékletesen étkezett, finom ételeket fogyaszthatott anélkül, hogy bűntudata lenne.

🏋️ A mozgás örömének befogadása: A testmozgás kevésbé nyűg, inkább jóleső érzés lett számára. Olyan tevékenységeket talált, amelyeket szeretett az erősítő és nyújtó gyakorlatok mellett, mint például a gyaloglás. Ezek a gyakorlatok segít***ek neki rugalmasabbá és magabiztosabbá válni teste képességeiben, anélkül, hogy kimerítő erősítő- vagy kardiórutinra lett volna szüksége.

🚶‍♂️ Kis lépések: Ügyfelem megért***e, hogy a haladás nem mindig nagy ugrásokról szól. A kis, következetes lépések azok, amelyek tartós változáshoz vezetnek. Gyengéd nyújtásokkal és rövid sétákkal kezdett, idővel fokozatosan növelve a távolságot és az intenzitást. Ez a megközelítés megakadályozta, hogy túlterheltnek érezze magát, és lehetővé t***e számára, hogy szilárd alapot hozzon létre átalakulásához.

És képzeld csak, az eredmények elképesztőek voltak!

🎉 Néhány hónapos holisztikus megközelítés után 5 kg zsírtól szabadult meg, jelentősen kevesebb a puffadás, rugalmasabb a teste, mint valaha, és búcsút intett a vérnyomáscsökkentő gyógyszereknek! 😲

Ez az utazás tanúskodik az önszeretet erejéről és az egészséges egyensúly megtalálásának jelentőségéről, amely megfelel az Ő egyedi életmódjának. Bebizonyította, hogy hihetetlen testátalakítást érhetsz el anélkül, hogy szélsőséges intézkedésekhez folyamodnál, vagy folyamatosan a végletekig feszegetnéd magad.

Coach Gabor created this program for one of his dearest client who suffers from this ailment.

Osteoporosis is a condition in which your bones break down faster than they rebuild. Women have a higher risk of developing osteoporosis because they typically have thinner bones than men. Estrogen, a hormone that occurs in higher levels in women than in men, helps protect bones.
Women who are going through menopause experience a decrease in estrogen levels, which leads to more rapid bone breakdown and can result in weaker, brittle bones.

Bones in your body are living tissues that constantly break down and replace themselves with new material. On the first picture on the left you can see healthy bone structure, on the right a weak one.

The goal is to protect and strengthen these bones.

As a Holistic Health Coach what can we do? How can we help?

There are a few major lifestyle habits we can control and we know for sure can help build a more robust, resilient body.

😴 SLEEP around 8 hours at night (some needs more, some needs less) preferably from 22h-22h30 to activate the anabolic, tissue building

☕️ Proper Eating and Drinking habits are also crucial. Limit Processed Sugars, Alcohol, Vegetable Oils, Caffeine and Sugary Drinks. They dry your body and pull minerals out from the bones and tissues. They weaken the immune system too.

🥩 Vitamin D, Calcium and Collagen are key contributors to stronger bones. Organ meats (Liver), Bone broths, Fatty meats and Saturated Fats from animals are essential.

💧Drink good quality water! 0,033 x your bodyweight in liters is usually a great start (75kg person should drink 2,5 l of water).

😮‍💨 Stress increases the dominance of the Sympathetic Nervous System. If you’re under constant stress, cortisol hormone is elevated most of the time, which will eventually exhaust your adrenal glands. That will leave you in chronic fatigue state which won’t let you heal and build a resilient body. That’s where Breath-work and Relaxation Strategies come in to place.

🏋️‍♀️ 🚶‍♂️ Movement is another crucial aspect. Exercise helps strengthen your bones. Whatever the form, physical activity helps slow age-related bone loss and can slightly improve bone density. Movement can also help improve your posture and balance, lowering your risk of falls. Fewer falls can mean fewer fractures. Strength training 2 x week benefits the bones in your arms and upper spine. This can mean free weights, weight machines, or resistance bands. Weight-bearing exercise like walking or low impact bouncing, jumping can also be beneficial. Both can help strengthen the bones in your legs, hips, and lower spine.

☀️ Sun exposure is essential to synthesize Vitamin D through our skin. Use gradual approach, don’t burn. And please don’t use sunscreens! They are really toxic!

We would like to introduce our newest addition to our wellness and healing techniques in the studio.

🎶 SOUND BATHING 👂

Many people claim that sound baths can trigger a phenomenon called “sound healing.” Sound healing has been a home remedy favored by many cultures for thousands of years. Typically, a sound bath will involve lying in a position when your provider (in our case Anikó Torjai who has 20 years of experience in healing practices) trained in sound bath musical techniques will use one or several instruments (Tibetan bowls, gongs etc.) to create soothing, overlapping vibrations.

These vibrations lead you deeper into a state of contemplation or relaxation, shutting off your body’s fight-or-flight reflex (Sympathetic Nervous System).

✅ Sound baths are amazing stress relief strategies. We recommend if you have one or several symptoms like this:
- Neck, Back Pain
- Sleeping Disorders
- Muscle Cramps
- Circulatory Issues
- Menstrual Problems
- Busy Days…
- Lack of Concentration
- Low Energy
- Hyperactivity

A sound bath can be easier than other meditative practices because it doesn’t require a lot of discipline or patience to learn how to do it — all you have to do is listen. 🎧👂

Even a 10-second hug may reduce fatigue, improve heart health ❤️ and reduce depression. The release of oxytocin from hugging may also help reduce social anxiety 😟.

So make your loved ones (or a tree 🌳 ) feel extra special by giving them a hug. You'll benefit from it, too. 😉

The moment we normalized fashion, we killed the function of our Feet 🦶; Grip, Stabilize, provide Information, and create Movement.
Pointy shoes 👞 and most of the running shoes 👟 don’t respect your body

INVEST. Naturally shaped minimalist shoes could seem more pricey than conventional ones (the ones you can find on stores)

🏋️‍♂️ MOVEMENT BREAKS 🚶‍♂️

You don’t have too much time during the day to go to a gym 🏋️‍♂️ or go for a run 🏃‍♂️ ?

No worries 😉

✅ Movement Breaks are a phenomenal way to keep you active during busy days.

Let’s say you work from home 🏠 or in the office. Put a timer ⏱ on for every hour and pick only ✌️ exercises. It doesn’t matter if it’s stretching, strength or any kind of drills.

The goal is to move your body every hour for at least a few minutes. To take you out from the repetitive patterns of sitting 🪑 and staring at the screen 📺

It activates your biological pumps. When you move, your muscles contract, forcing water, blood, and oxygen through the body, much like pushing on a pump handle that forces water out of the ground.

❗️ If you don’t pump your body with adequate movement, you don’t move these important fluids and you don’t remove waste efficiently from your body

❌ This leads to lots of very common problems!
