Five minutes can really make a difference
A recent article caught our eye: researchers found that adding just 5 minutes of exercise a day and sitting 30 minutes less is linked to better long-term health and lower risk of early death.
No extreme workouts. No “all or nothing” mindset.
Just small, realistic changes.
This is something we see every day in the studio. People don’t get healthier because they suddenly train like athletes, they get healthier because they move a bit more, more often, and build habits that actually fit into real life.
That’s why our focus is on:
✔️ consistent training
✔️ smart strength work
✔️ moving better, not just harder
If you’ve been thinking “I should do something, but I don’t have time”, this is your sign: small steps count more than you think!
Research finds minor changes in physical activity could hugely reduce number of premature deaths
