You don’t need to become someone else to be seen.
I notice this often in the people I work with.
There comes a moment
where something has already shifted.
Quietly.
Deeply.
And yet…
they still hold themselves back.
Not because they’re not ready,
but because a part of them
is still loyal
to who they used to be.
But you are allowed to evolve.
To take up space differently.
To be seen as who you’ve become.
Not louder.
Not harder.
Just truer.
Being seen isn’t about becoming more.
It’s about standing in who you already are.
