Promoting conscious and balanced living and working through resilience and mindfulness trainings, retreats, and coaching to enhance well-being and kindness in this world. Every day, important decisions are being taken by the people we work with. Through our mindfulness based trainings we want to help you create more mental space and greater awareness so these decisions can be taken from a wider perspective of clarity, wisdom and kindness, rather than from the tunnel vision of stress, fear or negativity. Thank you for showing up — for yourselves, for each other, and for this shared space of practice, reflection, and connection.
Thank you for your trust, your openness, your courage to slow down in a world that often asks us to speed up.

Whether you joined a course, a retreat, a meditation, a conversation — or simply paused with one of the practices — you are part of this community. And that means more to me than I can put into words.

Known in many cultures as the 13 Nights, this is a threshold time — not for planning or pushing forward, but for listening:

What a beautiful course closure last night. ✨
We celebrated the final session of our 8-week mindfulness programme — eight weeks of practice, presence and deep sharing, guided by Beate Trück together with her wonderful assistant Gaia Bottoni.

We are deeply grateful for this group and for the meaningful transformations that unfolded along the way. It is always inspiring to witness how small moments of awareness can create such powerful shifts. 🌿

If you feel drawn to begin or deepen your own mindfulness journey, the next 8-week course starts on 20 January 2026, in collaboration with the Brussels Mental Health Center.

Conscious and balanced living & working with mindfulness. Brussels Mindfulness offers high-quality mindfulness-based education to the international community in Brussels. It has been created by professionals of different nationalities who have been working with mindfulness in the international community for years. Through offering mindfulness skills we want to contribute to better mental health and wellbeing as well as to better personal, political and economic decision-making. We offer courses at our venues near Montgomery in Brussels, as well as in-house courses at the workplace and at schools. www.brusselsmindfulness.be
