Promoting conscious and balanced living and working through resilience and mindfulness trainings, retreats, and coaching to enhance well-being and kindness in this world. Through our mindfulness based trainings we want to help you create more mental space and greater awareness so these decisions can be taken from a wider perspective of clarity, wisdom and kindness, rather than from the tunnel vision of stress, fear or negativity. Two inspiring training days at EUSPA Paris!

Together with the team at the Galileo Surveillance & Monitoring Centre, we explored stress management, emotional awareness, and practical tools to create more calm and clarity in demanding situations.

Participants learned how to recognise early stress signals and how to use small micro-pauses to regulate the nervous system. The shift in the room when everyone settled into a more relaxed state was remarkable.

These days were a beautiful reminder that resilience is a skill you can train — especially when you cultivate inner strengths deliberately and consistently.

Conscious and balanced living & working with mindfulness. Brussels Mindfulness offers high-quality mindfulness-based education to the international community in Brussels. It has been created by professionals of different nationalities who have been working with mindfulness in the international community for years. Through offering mindfulness skills we want to contribute to better mental health and wellbeing as well as to better personal, political and economic decision-making.
