“Having spent around 17 years in various workplaces prepared me well for my current role. The flexibility and agility required for our work at the Synergist are at a level I haven't experienced before. Still, coming from the meetings & events industry, I was used to the dynamics of an ever-changing environment. Also, the international and culturally diverse nature of my previous professional and personal experience has helped me find my way to work with such a culturally rich crowd that we have at The Synergist. At the same time, the experience of managing complex logistics for events/teams of various sizes helps in my tasks of assisting Nicholas and the rest of the team/back-end support.

Silvia joined The Synergist in July 2020 as Program Manager. She previously interned for NGOs in the US, Kenya, and the United Nations at the Headquarters in New York City. Daniela joined The Synergist in September 2018 as a Program Manager. She has previously worked in project management and procurement. She supports The Synergist projects in Patient Focused Medicines Development - PFMD such as Patient Engagement {PE} and Patient Experience Data{PED}, Monitoring to learn, and Medtech through building and implementing project strategies.
Daniela is an Ecuadorian national with a Master's degree in Strategic Project Management and is fluent in English and Spanish.

For the past few weeks, we have witnessed the amazing response of our partners as they have worked night and day to support Ukrainians and others affected by the war when it comes to the needs of and care for women and their children.

At The Synergist we believe in the power of coming together to solve the most difficult issues. That’s why we have created the Support Network - a collaborative platform to support Ukrainian refugees. It brings together information and resources in one place to help Ukrainian patients, caregivers, women and children and healthcare professionals easily find medical information and resources in different countries.
