Start (or restart) the year well! 💫

Looking forward to move and flow and breathe and meditate and set an intention with you this Saturday. Especially in the current context (understatement), we need to regulate our nervous system, fill our own well, keep our inner light on, and take care of ourselves if we want to take care of others 🙏

Only a few spots left, grab yours here and now: https://www.serendipspa.com/special-events/reset-recharge

Happy New Year 🎊 Bonne année!

I hope you had a wonderful end of year 2025, and I wish you an even better year 2026! For some of us it hopefully won't be too hard 🙏

I am delighted to see (some of) you again tomorrow at Serendip Spa & Wellbeing for not one but TWO classes: 10h-11h30 Flow & Restore (a little bit of movement, a little bit of stillness - subbing for Irina), and 12h-13h Vinyasa (not subbing, this is my own, my precious class 😇)

And don't forget we meet on Saturday 17th January at 14h30 for our yearly yoga ritual, the Reset + Recharge workshop, to start the year with intention, mental clarity, body and breath awareness 💫

Looking forward to seeing you on the mats!

🚨NEWS🚨

My dear students,
As you know, I took a break from teaching for a while, as a way to reconnect to my own practice, reconfigure life if you will, and move away from an industry that left me discouraged at times (understatement).
I needed time to do something else, to change environment - and while this is deeply satisfying, it also gave me time to reflect and realize how much I love passing on the teachings of yoga. So after a few months of exploring teaching again, I am back at my my old stomping grounds, my teaching home, Serendip.
Also, I missed you, ha.

So from September , you will find me every Saturday at 12h for an hour of Emma's special sauce Vinyasa (I will be away on Sept. 20th but the rest is already scheduled 😎). Yes, this is a regular slot.

I will also be teaching a special Full Moon class on Sunday 7th September at 17h, and a very special Yin Yang Autumn workshop, almost an immersion, on Saturday 27th at 14h30.

Last but not least, you will also find me covering a couple of Wednesday lunchtime classes there in September.

So, if you missed me too (ego speaking here), there's pleeeeenty of opportunities to come share your practice with me 🤩

See you on the mat 🙏

PS: that means we can come back to Artist of the Year playlist - who will be our regular musical "guest" for the upcoming season? 🎸

As teachers, as students, what do you think? 🧐
(Clearly questions for a Friday night, eh?)

Our Story

Emmanuelle Lambert is a certified Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher, Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga teacher, Trauma-Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator, and Teacher Trainer. Emma is also a certified Level 1 Animal Flow® instructor.

She has been teaching since 2010, and overtime her practice and teachings have evolved to get the physical practice of yoga out of the box of standardized movements, to blend yogic philosophy and modern functional anatomy knowledge.

Her Primal Flow Yoga classes are all trauma-informed. They are based on Vinyasa Flow Yoga (linking breath and movement, and shapes together, step by step with intention, hence the idea of ‘flow’ for a fluid practice) but also feature other movement practices such as Animal Flow (r) and primal movement patterns.

Emma’s classes aim at building strength and mobility, while focusing on breath and mental steadiness - Emma teaches mindful movement, using poses as tools and a means to an end, not THE end. No matter your level of fitness or flexibility, whether you have done yoga before or not, Emma encourages you to adapt the practice to your needs and will offer options for everyone’s needs.
