I'm a recovering workaholic, have gotten through burnout, a career transition (from architecture to wellbeing), and chronic disease, all thanks to my spiritual practices and my personal development journey. Most of my struggles have been rooted in low self-confidence and self-love. I'm always seeking the path of growth (exploring, getting curious, trying new things, and getting out of my comfort z
one) and self-knowledge and that's why I developed a passion for Yoga and all things holistic and based on developing mindfulness. This path led me to increase my confidence and learn to love myself. I also geek out about tools and practices that bring me closer to optimal health and mobility, because I have experienced first-hand that good health is everything. And also plants!
When I’m not teaching or practicing, I’m learning and reading about anything that makes me a little bit stronger, healthier, or more resilient than I was yesterday. Ultimately my goal is to be the best and happiest version of myself and finding that crucial balance between work and play (rest).
