In this week’s classes, we explored the Swedish concept of Lagom: not too much, not too little, just right.

A gentle invitation to find your own inner balance.
Through sensations in the body… noticing where there is ease, where there is intensity, and allowing both to exist without needing to change anything.

Through Yoga Nidra… moving between opposites: cold and warm, light and heavy. Sensing how the body can hold both, and how balance often lives somewhere in between.

Through visualization… imagining that subtle point where everything feels aligned, simple, enough.

And through sound.
The soft vibration of the instruments guiding us back to center… and the quiet presence of OM within LagOM, like a reminder that balance is not something to achieve, but something to return to.

That’s why Lagom felt like the most natural, almost obvious choice for the name of my studio.

A space to listen, adjust, soften.
A space to feel what “just right” means for you.

I had my theme for this week’s classes all ready… and then I had a dream of Ganesh. 🐘✨

This has never happened before! It caught my attention so much that I looked it up and ended up adapting the focus of my classes.

And it makes so much sense, March is a month of transition, and Ganesh is all about overcoming obstacles, new beginnings, and feeling protected along the way.

It’s amazing how a dream can shift your perspective and even shape an entire week of teaching. Sometimes guidance comes in the most unexpected ways.

I was so happy to share this energy in the classes today, and even brought my little Ganesh statue with me. 🐘

Last weekend, I attended a restorative training and what stayed with me more than the poses, was the silence.

Silence as space.
Space to listen to intuition.
To let hidden sensations and emotions rise.
To allow creativity to emerge.

We are constantly overstimulated by sound, images, movement. And yet, it is often in the blank, quiet moments that true restoration happens.

As a sound healer, this really made me reflect. People come for the bowls, the vibrations, the music.

Sometimes silence can feel… unsettling. Or like something is missing. But what if the silence is part of the healing?

My classes, this week, explored this balance, sound and spaciousness, vibration and stillness.

And the feedback has been beautiful. Silence made the sound healing even more powerful and participants felt a deeper connection to themselves.

I love how every training enriches my practice and classes in some way.

25 years ago today, we moved into this house. And it became our home. It allowed my children grow up.
Our family changed and evolved, people and pets left and other arrived.
The playroom turned into a yoga studio.
This house shared our laughter, our tears, and every moment in between.
I love our home.

January isn’t about big resolutions, but about setting gentle intentions.

A time to hibernate.
Nature is resting.
Seeds sleep beneath the soil.
Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed.

If resolutions don’t take root yet,
it’s not a failure.
The ground is simply still too cold.

In January, we care for ourselves first.
We plant small, gentle intentions.
Spring will do the rest.

Let’s begin this year together
without pressure,
without expectations,
with plenty of softness.

Back from a full week of fasting, hiking and self-care.
A retreat dedicated to slowing down, detoxing, and pressing the reset button on every layer.
A deep cleanse, both physical and emotional.
Rest. Clarity. Lightness. Space.
But we also moved a lot. Long daily hikes that kept the body awake, grounded, and beautifully connected to nature.

What amazed me most is how the body responds when we give it the chance to reset. Some of the benefits of fasting include:

• supporting healthy insulin levels
• reducing inflammation
• boosting cellular repair
• improving digestion and gut rest
• increasing metabolism
• sharpening mental clarity and focus

(And to answer your question: no I want hungry 😆)

This retreat also gave me the opportunity to share my sound healing again for the first time in 2 months and it felt amazing.

I’m coming back with a lighter body, a clearer mind, and a renewed sense of energy… ready to return to my classes and hold space for you again.
A powerful way to close my convalescence and begin fresh.

✨ 10 Years Ago Today… ✨
I stepped onto a yoga mat for the very first time, inside a beautiful shala in Tulum.
It was instant love, the kind that shifts something deep inside.
A first step that would quietly lead to a completely different life.
A defining moment I would only understand years later.

What began as a retreat became a doorway.
From a corporate job in packaging to sharing the practices that changed everything.

Over the years I trained and learned about all types of gentle yoga, meditation, mindfulness, crystal stones, aromatherapy, sound healing, energies, intentions, the universe… and so much more.
A full 360° transformation.
A coming-home.

And from this experience, Lagom was born,
a space to create retreats and invite others into this journey of slowing down and reconnecting.
Today, I teach, I guide, I offer sound healing…
I have found my voice.
My purpose.

Here’s to the moment, 10 years ago, that changed it all and to every step since. ✨💛
