During the 1.5 hour class we practice yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation in a pleasant mix of Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga with elements of Iyengar Yoga. Afterwards, everyone is welcome to relax over a cup of herbal tea and a snack. Regular yoga practice is a wholesome way to improve one’s quality of life. As the body’s vitality improves, the mind relaxes and its concentration power incr
eases. Finally, with the body and mind in balance the heart becomes inspired and one’s outlook on life becomes more positive and more spiritual. To keep it accessible to everyone we have a €5 - €15 sliding donation scale, supporting the expenses the classes involve and thus building a basis for their continuation.
