Have you ever felt that, no matter how much you achieve, the voice in your head tells you it’s still “not enough”? 🎭
I was born into a time when survival was the only option. At 16, alone, I built a suit of armor: my Ego. A “warrior” mask that helped me succeed, but also kept me isolated.
The Ego isn’t an enemy; it’s a protection mechanism that has been running for too long.
🔹 The Ego always feels separate, compares itself to others, and lives in the fear of not being “someone.”
🔹 The True Self is connected, accepts the present, and knows its value is intrinsic.
The invisible walls of your mind—those voices that compare you or make you feel superior or inferior—can only be overcome through healing and inner peace.
