Turns out, they were more like family traditions I didn’t realise I’d inherited.

Because most of us didn’t learn about money from a textbook…
we learned it at the dinner table.

Things like:
“Money doesn’t grow on trees”
“We can’t afford that”
“People with money are different”

And without realising it…
those little comments become beliefs.

Beliefs that quietly follow you into adulthood.

but sometimes it starts with changing the way your mind is wired.

At 54, I didn’t expect my body to suddenly go into “energy-saving mode”… but here we are.

I’m a busy woman. A mum of four grown kids.
I’ve done the discipline. The routines. The “be consistent” advice.

And then menopause arrived…
and my metabolism quietly clocked off early.

Same habits.
Same effort.
