This month, I’m celebrating 10 years of teaching yoga and mindfulness. It’s been an incredible ride—a renewed way of living with plenty of bumps along the way. But through it all, what’s remained consistent is the gradual (and sometimes surprising) sense of growing more authentic with age.
My teaching style has evolved a lot over the years, and it’s always been tough to put into a single category. I’ve been deeply influenced by a variety of methods and teachers, which makes my approach a bit of a blend.
Over the past 2.5 years, I’ve been able to fine-tune the direction I’m headed in—focusing on functional movement, breath mechanics, and core work. The intention behind it all is to support posture correction, spinal alignment, and overall mind-body health. With experience, I’ve become increasingly interested in observing each person’s individual bodies and doing my best to help them rebalance the habitual patterns that can lead to discomfort.
The best part of this journey? Hosting people. It brings together everything I love: connecting with like-minded people, sharing the love of real food, moving in different ways, and gathering in spaces that calm the mind and feel like home.
My hope is to keep celebrating many more moments like these—hosting people, and making them a little happier, one class at a time.

Here’s a glimpse into an events room we’ve been lovingly transforming — once a rundown cellar where wine barrels were burned and left to mould, now reborn as a luminous events space.

This Italy project has been a labor of love—something we’ve been shaping for over three years. The idea germinated a decade ago but truly started coming to life during the Covid era during a holiday in Italy, and now, it feels surreal to finally welcome guests into this space.

These retreats are more than just getaways—they’re an invitation into a home I’ve created. Every detail has been designed to offer the comfort of being a guest in my own space. With only 8 guests per group, the experience is intimate, cozy, and deeply personal.

Beyond deep dives into movement science, mindfulness, modern philosophy, and mindset training, what I love most is hosting. For nearly a decade, I’ve had the joy of bringing together incredible humans from around the world—sharing ideas, dreams, and laughter in community.

Our approach? A perfect balance of structure and flow. Everything is seamlessly organized, yet never rigid—allowing for spontaneity, connection, and ease. With almost 10 years of feedback, we’ve fine-tuned every detail:

Modern-day stress stems from a combination of physiological imbalances and overwhelming external stimuli, which deeply affect our mental health.

Unfortunately, in today’s education system, there is very little emphasis on teaching emotional intelligence. As a result, many young people—and even adults—struggle to cope with intense emotions when they surface without any clear strategies.
Additionally, many lack the understanding of what might be holding them back, both emotionally and physically.

There are powerful modalities that can help us explore what's really going on beneath the surface.
The 3 key areas we focus on at our retreats are:
nutrition, movement & contemplation

* Why and when to eat certain foods to support gut health and immunity and how this can impact certain moods
* How compensatory patterns in the body lead to imbalances in breath and movement
* Techniques to manage stress and anxiety, and when to apply them
* Tools for self-reflection and contemplation

Emotional intelligence starts with self-awareness. Understanding how food affects our body, how movement can release tension, and how reflection helps us process emotions are all critical steps in building emotional resilience.
