Did I really have to wait 13 years to return to a sport that brings me joy and deep satisfaction?
No, I didn’t.
But I got caught in the web of false beliefs.
That other responsibilities were more important than my own pleasure.
That I could wait.

Today, I see it differently.
With no guilt.
Because I believe we all have our own Divine Timing —
That moment when we’re truly ready to act from awareness, not obligation.

💫 So here’s what I know now: TAKE INSPIRED ACTION.
Do it for yourself. Out of love for yourself.

Because when you do:
– you strengthen your body
– you regain energy
– you nourish yourself with intention
– you detox your system
– you support your gut — your second brain

This year I celebrated my birthday in a rather unique way. I had a wonderful time at a Buddhist center in the presence of Buddhist monks who led hours-long meditations, teachings on the basics of Buddhism and yoga sessions. It was a time to recharge but most of all, a complete reset!!!

I highly recommend this place where body, mind and soul are in harmony!
Amazing atmosphere, delicious Thai food and wonderful energy.. Thanks to my wonderful friend .be for invating me 🙏
