Drie maanden lang brengt Jamila Channouf een mediterraanse en grotendeels vegetarische keuken naar Shanti, gelegen in de Sint-Jacobsnieuwstraat 30. Met haar pop-up wil ze meer dan alleen gerechten serveren: “Ik hoop jong en oud, arm en rijk samen te brengen.”
