Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat we pas echt 'balans' vinden als we contact maken met onszelf. Door stil te worden, een moment pauze te nemen en te ademen. Ik wil mensen begeleiden in hun "contact-moment" door yoga. Om ze zo terug bij hun innerlijke kracht en zachtheid te brengen en ze te leren schakelen tussen beide. Ik heb bewust gekozen voor 2 complementaire yogastijlen: Ashtanga vinyasa yoga en Yin

yoga. Beiden helpen me om de dualiteit van dit leven te verzoenen. Mijn Ashtanga vinyasa yoga practice brengt me in contact met mijn innerlijke kracht en zet me 6 dagen op 7 met beide voeten op de grond. In Yin yoga geef ik me over aan thema's zoals zachtheid & mildheid. Yoga is "zelfzorg" en deze beleving wil ik graag met jullie delen.

Love and kindness meditation - Slowly slowly research finds prove that meditating on heartqualities has a profound effect on yourself and others.

A scientifically controlled study conducted by German researchers at the University of Kassel has shown that while the chest area of an average person emits only 20 photons of light per second, someone who meditates on their heart center and sends love and light to others emits an amazing 100,000 photons per second. That is 5000 times more than the average human being. Numerous studies have also shown that when these photons are infused with a loving and healing intent, their frequency and vibration increases to the point where they can literally change matter, heal disease, and transform negative events.

The Heart also Loves, feels, thinks and remembers and communicates with other Hearts. It stores information and continually with each beat pulses this information through the body. It is far more than what modern science would have you believe. It is also a pump that pumps the cellular symphony that is the very essence of your being and it is a magnetic and radiating vortex and the true source of human power.

Koesteren= in stilte luisteren, vertragen, aandacht geven, hart openen, voelen, samen-zijn ...
Yin yoga is de ideale gelegenheid om terug te leren luisteren: naar signalen van je lichaam, de wensen van je hart en de roep van je ziel.
En te beseffen ik ben niet alleen. Dit is onze gedeelde menselijkheid die ons ‘echt’ verbindt.
