Arrived in Thaïland 🇹🇭

Yesterday was our first full day here. We enjoyed our day by cruising around in the beautiful jungle of Khao Sok by motorcycle. I cannot put into words how beautiful the nature is over here. The pictures only represent a glimp of it.

Results are made over time, not overnight!
I am so grateful for our plan and this healthy lifestyle. Got to this result by applying small little changes to my daily habbits and by implementing a healthy and complete breakfast routine every single morning for over 6 years now. My body is in a better shape and stronger than ever before

Chapter closed 🔐
After 4,5 years of tears, screaming, laughing, happiness and love in our very own first house, it is time close this chapter of our life. It is with a twinge in the heart, because I loved every second and square of our home, but it is for a greater purpose 🙏🏻
So ready for our next adventure and new project baby ❤️
