On June 20th, we pressed pause on the daily rush to focus on something essential: our health and each other.

During our Healthy Habits teambuilding day at Aminolabs Belgium, we explored how everyday choices can have a lasting impact - not only on our personal wellbeing, but on the energy we bring to our team.

• Exercise & Movement – How even small daily choices like walking more or taking the stairs can energize both body and mind.
• Metabolism – Gaining insight into how our bodies burn energy and how training or nutrition can influence our metabolic age.
• Healthy Nutrition – Understanding how food acts as fuel and what smarter food choices can mean for long-term health.

But beyond the knowledge, what made the day truly meaningful was the collective experience - learning together, encouraging each other, and strengthening our bonds as colleagues and teammates.
