- A Balanced Practice -
As usual, this week offers two complementary approaches to support your yoga practice and overall well-being.
Depending on how you feel, or what you might need, you can choose to join either the slow-moving, relaxing Yin Yoga For All class on Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm, or the more energizing Hatha Yoga For All class on Saturday morning at 10:00 am.
Yin Yoga is a quiet practice that helps release deep tension, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system. It's especially helpful if you feel tight, tired, or mentally busy.
Sampoorna Hatha Yoga is a flowing, energizing style refined by Shri Yogi Hari in the Sivananda tradition. It is designed to awaken the body, build strength, flexibility, and stability, and leave you feeling refreshed for the weekend.
Combined, both classes offer a balanced approach to practice.
