Uw functie:
* Het plannen van audits en monsternamen op autonome wijze binnen de vastgelegde termijnen.
* Het uitvoeren van audits en monsternamen in de primaire sector (landbouwbedrijven) in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.
* Maandelijks neemt u deel aan een interne meeting die plaatsvindt in 1 van onze kantoren.
* U rapporteert aan de Operations Manager met het oog op het behalen van de vastgelegde objectieven.

Uw profiel:
* In het bezit van een Bachelor diploma landbouw en/of biotechnologie of equivalent, met ruime interesse in de voedingsindustrie.
* Indien u beschikt u over relevante werkervaring in een gelijkaardige sector en/of controle/ certificatie, is een plusplunt.
* Communicatie is voor u belangrijk, u bent diplomatisch maar ook voldoende assertief.
* U beschikt over goede organisatorische capaciteiten en kan flexibel werken. U communiceert duidelijk, efficiënt en weet deadlines te respecteren.
*U werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en gedisciplineerd.
*U bent woonachtig in de regio Brugge-Gent.

Als technisch administratieve medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve voorbereidingen van de monsters voor het laboratorium. Hiervoor verwerk je de analyseaanvraag in ons systeem, identificeer je de monsters en doe je de vrijgave voor het laboratorium.
Je bent eveneens verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van de analyse-aanvragen, uitvoertijd van de analyse, …) beheren van de mails en verzending aan de betrokken diensten.

Profiel:
✔Je hebt een opleiding als administratief bediende.
✔Je beschikt over enige ervaring als administratieve medewerker.
✔Je bent goed georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig in je werk.
✔Je bent klantgericht
✔je hebt kennis van Frans
