Healthy chocolate spread 🍫
Are you a big fan of chocolate like me, but do you remain conscious of your health?
I do have what you need: a Nutella version without sugar or palm oil, but rich in fiber, protein, omega 3 en anti-oxidants.
Try this recipe and thank me later 😊
You'll need:
• 250g hazelnuts (roasted)
• 50g almonds or walnuts (roasted)
• 20g Flaxseed
• 1 🥄Cacao powder
• 1 🥄 Coconut Blossom sugar (optional)
• 100g melted dark chocolade (>70%)
• 20g Flaxseed oil for the texture
