Years ago, I had a vision…
Not just of building a business,
but of building a New Earth business.

One that is conscious.

The path of a visionary is not always a shared one.
You often see before others can see.
Feel before others can understand.

Which means…
you walk into the unknown first.
You test what has no blueprint.
You learn through trial, through failure, through devotion.

Not because it’s easy.
But because it’s necessary.

And then something shifts.

When the right people start to gather.
People who don’t just stand beside you when it’s comfortable…
but who show up when it truly matters.

Who dare to reflect back what you cannot see.
Who hold you accountable to your own potential.
Who rise, not above you — but with you.

A foundation.

There is more within you than you have been taught to believe.

Not something you need to become.
Not something you need to chase.
But something that has always been there.

Your body knows it.
Your intuition feels it.
Your energy reflects it.
Yet many of us learned to doubt it.
To silence it.
To look outside for confirmation.

The real shift begins the moment you start turning inward again.
Listening.
Slowing down.
Trusting what you feel before what you are told.

That is where the “magic” lives.
Not in something external.
But in the way you reconnect with yourself.
And once you feel it, even for a moment…
you cannot unfeel it.

Er zit meer in jou dan je ooit geleerd hebt te geloven.

Niet iets dat je moet worden.
Niet iets dat je moet najagen.

Maar iets dat er altijd al was.
Je lichaam weet het.
Je intuĂŻtie voelt het.
Je energie weerspiegelt het.
Toch hebben velen van ons geleerd om eraan te twijfelen.
Om het te onderdrukken.
Om bevestiging buiten onszelf te zoeken.

De echte shift begint wanneer je opnieuw naar binnen keert.
Luisteren.
Vertragen.
Vertrouwen op wat je voelt, vóór wat je wordt verteld.

Daar zit de “magie”.

Because growth asks us to step outside of familiar patterns.
Even the ones that keep us small.

Wist je dat je aantrekt waar je bang voor bent?

Misschien is het dus tijd om enkele van onze grootste angsten toe te geven…
“Oh nee… stel je voor dat ik financieel stabiel word.”
“Aaaah… stel je voor dat ik echt van mezelf begin te houden.”
“Help… stel je voor dat ik mijn eigen intuïtie begin te vertrouwen.”

Grappig hoe de dingen waar we het meest naar verlangen, soms ook het spannendst voelen.
Omdat groei ons vraagt om uit onze oude patronen te stappen.
Zelfs uit de patronen die ons klein houden.

Niet om je te “fixen”.

Maar om je terug te brengen naar de basis die altijd al aanwezig was:
• luisteren naar je lichaam
• je zenuwstelsel begrijpen

Quality vs quantity.

This week I experienced it again in a very practical way.

Earlier I booked a treatment for €25 that included:

• 5 minute massage
• body scrub
• foam massage
• mask

Total time: 90 minutes.

It sounded like a lot for that price.
But there was little balance in the treatment.

Not for me to receive.
And not for the professional to give.

Everything moved quickly and stayed quite superficial.

Today I went back and booked a simpler treatment for the same €25:

• 30 minute massage
• mask

And the difference was clear.

More rhythm.
More presence.
More balance between giving and receiving.

Sometimes the difference between quantity and quality is not even the price.

It’s the balance and presence within the treatment.

And that is something the body always notices.

Alignment and misalignment can sometimes feel surprisingly similar.

Both can be intense.
Both can feel chaotic.
Both can ask you to move outside your comfort zone.
So how do you recognise the difference?

Your body, mind and energy will always tell you.

When something is not aligned, you may notice:
• more fatigue
• resentment creeping in
• a feeling of being disempowered
• subtle energy leaks
• physical signals like sickness or pains
• difficulty remembering or integrating what you learned
Your system is working against the direction you are moving.

When something is aligned, even if it’s challenging, you will notice:
• more energy
• moments of joy
• excitement about what is unfolding
• a sense of expansion
• feeling empowered in the process

Alignment doesn’t mean everything feels easy.
It means your system is moving with you instead of against you.

Learning to listen to these signals is one of the most powerful forms of self-leadership.

Your body already knows.

Alignment en misalignment kunnen soms verrassend veel op elkaar lijken.

Beiden kunnen intens zijn.
Beiden kunnen chaotisch voelen.
Beiden kunnen je uit je comfortzone halen.
Dus hoe herken je het verschil?

Je lichaam, je geest en je energie geven altijd signalen.

Wanneer iets niet aligned is, kan je merken dat:
• je meer vermoeidheid voelt
• er frustratie of weerstand opkomt
• je je minder krachtig voelt
• je energie lijkt weg te lekken
• je lichaam signalen geeft zoals ziekte of spanningen
• je dingen sneller vergeet of moeilijk integreert
Je systeem werkt dan tegen de richting waarin je beweegt.

Wanneer iets wel aligned is, zelfs als het uitdagend is, merk je vaak:
• meer energie
• momenten van vreugde
• enthousiasme voor wat zich ontvouwt
• een gevoel van expansie
• een gevoel van empowerment

Alignment betekent niet dat alles makkelijk is.
Het betekent dat je systeem met je meebeweegt in plaats van tegen je.

Je lichaam weet het vaak al lang voordat je hoofd het begrijpt.
